He said that the song will have a cross through its name if it isn't up yet.

Don't frolic too much, Giga Man. Save some energy for the loopa contest!

GEt it? Hula? Loop?

You know what we REALLY need?

Something to stop this from happening:
http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/1496
http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/16806

Also, I merged the Final Fantasy (PSP) and Final Fantasy II (PSX/PSP) games into this:
http://www.brawlcustommusic.com/game/1004

AFAIK, all the ones uploaded by TheNinteguy are from Final Fantasy II. The point being that we should rename them to have "Final Fantasy I" or "Final Fantasy II", e.g. "Final Fantasy I: Mt. Gulg"

Also how was bxaimc able to upload these 3 days ago?

It would probably take forever to search the whole site for exact duplicates, so I'm not sure about that. I wanna add that function to automatically reject anything with a loop start not equal to a multiple of 14336.

I was able to add some stuff manually, but it's a real pain inserting the values myself. I added some stuff for bxaimc, and some Pokemon Black 2 stuff that Seg and I made.

RavenclawEspioXV's comments.

Can someone tell me they're not DELIBERATELY doing it? I mean how many people there that think it's funny to CONSTANTLY keep typing "games" in the comments?

I'm getting SICK of these comments.

"mario kart super circuit"
"mario"
"insert"
"random"
"GAME"
"OR"
"SERIES"

And the MOST annoying ones is when they're like "Oops sory i dident meen 2 do dat. i woz srchin 4 teh playlizts"

For the yjpdr who are searching for the playlists, how can anyone be SO STUPID?
Firstly, "Comment on this channel". Do you REALLY think it means "Search"?

And then after they've typed, they then have to press the button, labelled "Post". If Comment on this channel isn't enough to make you realise that it's NOT a search bar, then surely the "Post" button should.

Therefore, NO ONE who comments on the channel was "meant to search". They are CLEARLY doing it deliberately.

Oh look, another one.

GUYS! GET OFF YOUR ****ING ******** MOTHER****ING ***** AND GET ON THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL NOW, AND SORT THE ****ED UP ******* OUT NOW! OR I'M PERMANENTLY CLOSING THE CHANNEL!

THIS IS BRAWLBRSTMS2! IT'S NOT MY OWN CHANNEL! IT'S NOT SONEEK'S CHANNEL!

I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO'S LEFT TO ****ING PUT UP WITH THE *******! SONEEK DID MAKE A COMMENT ONCE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF YOU?

I would be glad to help out with the channel, but I am still a newbie to this community. I don't expect to have any stand on this kind of matter, but I DO have experience with staffing from RadioSEGA as a Playist Manager. If any of that suffices, I would be glad to help noneheless.

BTW, I am going to work on brstms for PixelJunk Monsters if anyone is interested.

Cool.

Also, 2 things.

1. We'll definitely have over 1,000 BRSTMs to upload between us -- that's me, soneek, Segtendo, FlameHyenard, you... and anyone else who's made BRSTMs for uploading to BCM.

2. Alaric, you do realise that Skype isn't the only way of sharing BRSTMs?

Also for the Final Fantasy BRSTMs, because most of the tracks have alternate names, should I upload them as "Title 1/Title 2"? For example, one of the tracks in the Final Fantasy X is called "Sprouting", however it's also known as "Movement in Green", so should it be uploaded as "Sprouting/Movement in Green" or "Movement in Green/Sprouting" (either way shouldn't matter), or how should they have both titles? As someone for example, might be looking for "Movement in Green" not knowing that Sprouting is an alternative title.

Maybe have the alternate name in parentheses.

It doesn't matter which way it is does it?
I should point out that "Sprouting" is the name of the English release
"Movement in Green" is the name of the iTunes release

Should the original English name be first? I.e. Sprouting (Movement in Green)?

I always try to go for album name, when available, but to make it easier to find, I'd do it like you have in your post.

So, you remember when you went in a safe and then someone used a key to lock you in it, and then the safe you were in was left floating in the Atlantic Ocean?

Yes, that's right... I was THAT key!

I assume you already read my PM saying that it was me :)

So .... would it be safe to say that the site will be fully functional by the end of September?

Also, when will "upload.html" be available? :p

And be warned, there's going to be a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT of Pending Songs to sort out after I'm finished :D

But, it how do we know if uploads work if there's no upload.html?

Are you saying that we need upload.html to be able to upload, however, we need uploads to work before we get upload.html working?

Catch-22?

Upload.hmtl never existed. It just normally redirects to the real upload page, but I disabled the redirect since the uploads don't work yet anyway.

Those numbers are definitely off...you should a have lot more than that in terms of BRSTMs. Also, 17799.brstm needs to be deleted from your backup. That's the multi-channel one that you were testing.

But yeah I'm still working out the bugs with the site, and adding some new stuff in the meantime.

Is anyone interested or is planning to make brstms for Dynasty Warriors 7? If not, I can add that to my queue. and I will probably work on and upload the files on Saturday (unless something else comes up).

That would be great.

Also, don't expect much site maintenance from me until the weekend. I might be doing random little things here and there, but not any major fixes or updates.

Firstly, 17799 wasn't even on my backups, unless you made a typo when typing that number <_< :p

Also, Soneek, how are those numbers 'off'?

I have 5002 BRSTMs left, and they go from 18502.brstm to 23902.brstm

If you're wondering why I only have 5002 BRSTMs when there are clearly 5401 BRSTMs between 18502 and 23902, the reason is simple.

Some of them were deleted for certain reasons

For example, after 19988.brstm the next one is 20120.brstm because that was when I uploaded a load of spam BRSTMs insulting PnFfan101, back when he and Seg were trolling me, particularly PnF when he thought he had the right to say who actually is able to use the site, because when I added some videos from the site he said something like "Someone needs to ban him from the site, and fast".... and then I got pissed off because I was like "Who the hell gives him the right to say who goes on a site that he isn't even part of?"

So, long story short, I removed those from my backup.... also...

19101, 19102, 21046, 21490, 22546, 22570, 24648, 24649, 2650, 24651, 24652, 24653, 24654, 24655, 24656, 24657, 24658, 24659, 24660, 24661, 24662, 24663, 24664, 24665, 24666, 24667, 24668, 24669, and 24670 are already uploaded (for some reason).

Apart from those, and the ones listed above that were deleted, the following BRSTMs (after 18502.brstm) aren't on my backup:

1900 through 9999. Check the site and those aren't there, so that's why the numbers are off. They're not sorted by integer when uploading through FTP, so it's a little weird. The pretty much sorted by character string, hence 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000, or 2, 20, 200, 2000, 20000.

No, I'm actually uploading every thing from basically 17400 onwards.

1900 to 9999 aren't included in my current queue.

I was under the impression that you were doing those.

I never had those. I backed up whatever you had uploaded at the time, and those weren't in there.

Also, are you able to log in here? I just tried something to import all the data from the main section of the site, but I'm not sure if the passwords were preserved.

Firstly, in terms of 1900 to 9999, what happened was that simply when I originally started the uploading some 2 months ago, it was listed in that weird order where it goes 1, 10, 100 etc, and I was at basically 16.... so anything starting with 16 or maybe 17, and so 1900 to 9999 never got uploaded, so basically, I have 17399 onwards uploading, and you have everything that begins with either 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and some of 17.... or maybe even 18, if you say 1900 onwards....

So, basically, those were never uploaded.

Also, to answer your question, yes, I just logged in.

And just to make sure, I added BRSTMs 1901 - 9999 to the queue ... is that all that needed to be added? 1900 doesn't exist.

Alright cool. Also, I did that thing I wanted to have a LONG time ago...the site will automatically reject any looping song who's loop start is not a multiple of 14336, or 0. Saves us the trouble of looking at song pages when approving/rejecting.

Holy crap, the site is back! There should have been a huge announcement in this thread's title or something. This is the first time in like a week that I've bothered to log in to Smashboards, so it's just luck that I happened to find this now.
