It's not twenty minutes long, but it took me 20 minutes to get a seamless loop...it was "A Kingdom In Chaos", the theme after Mario frees a Star Spirit.

Also, I was thinking on "daily/weekly deviations" where admins pick a BRSTM to feature them as a status updates, and adding "ideal for X stage" to them (you know, for keep doing stuff instead of just looking for a host).
How does it sound?

No.
The only thing that will affect the speed is the total number of seeders.
If for example 50 seeders are seeding to you, then you'll likely be downloading closer to your normal download speed. Also, obviously if you have a slow download speed anyway, then it'll be slow. If you're normal download speed is about 50 kilobytes, then obviously you wouldn't be able to go any higher. If it's over a megabyte per second, obviously, it'll be able to go as high as that.
In short, your ISP's download speed, and the number of seeders, are the only main things that affect the download speed. (AFAIK).

Funny thing is, even without your seeding, the current peers that are active almost make the availability equal to 1.000 (it's at 0.955 at the time this post was updated)................., never mind. The peer that lead the availability close to that number has gone offline. Check that, it's on and off so randomly that I can't state it without it changing on me. Oh well. It'll be that much less gigabytes that I'll have to download later on.

Kind of. It's not even anything to do with my name. TheUltimateKoopa has nothing to do with turtles, since "Koopa" is not a turtle.
You're getting confused with "Koopa Troopa", which is a turtle. Think of Troopa as "trooper", and think of "Koopa Troopa" as a trooper or follower of Koopa. Also, Koopa is Bowser.
