Yeah you were actually really impressive during our tourney set. You play the matchup pretty similar to the way Zhu plays it against me. I'm not so sure it is the best way but it definitely makes it very hard to get to you ever lol. I felt like I was playing a chess game, slowly calculating each move to get that first hit, almost like Kouryuu except with less mindgames and more tech chasing. But then again, I've been feeling nostalgic all day so who knows what it was really like O_o
Pretty sure I saw McCain **** everybody because I was AT the tourney =P
LOOOOL seriously you and kyle made me feel way better that day. Sorry I was so out of it on the ride home (I think at one point I was telling Kyle he could have my controller if I died), but yeah definitely fun chillin' like it always is =)

lol i didn't even know this tourny was happening but i woke up to calls/texts from smashers in the area that convinced me to go. im glad i did and got to see old faces even adam. too bad i left too early for the main event and im not talking about grand finals >.>
and no luigi i wasn't talking **** i knew our win wasn't totally legit cuz zhu/macd 3-0 us in loser finals. but yes luigi did **** macd in that match
our name shouldve been local champs and just **** when people come to upland tournys. but that doesn't look like its gonna happen anymore =/

No need to hush it up. There was nothing personal about this. This happened at a smash venue for smash related reasons, so why shouldn't people know? It could directly affect smashers in the future. This is what happened without any opinion from my part:
Adam thought I had accepted a ride and not told him.
In fact I didnt have a ride at all. It was only after I woke up around 1-1:30 did I see adams comment about me being a ***** on smashboards, and then spazzums comment that shed be down to pick me up if she was in the area.
Since adam had already left, I talked to kylie and she was nice enough to turn around and pick me up even though she was already near the venue.
When I got there people told me adam was angry and looking for me, and I had no idea why. I confronted him about it and he said something along the lines of "Its cool im over it. Were still cool, you know, your still my boy or whatever, just dont do it again" I tried explaining I hadnt done anything, but he seemed to just shrug it off.
Later in the day I noticed team friendlies and said I got next in a very reasonably loud voice. I left, came back, sat there and saw blue team lose twice, and said "alright I got next, sorry blue." Adam said "you didnt say ****" I told him I did, he said stop saying it like a pus,sy then, I said sorry I said it loud enough for everyone to hear, then he jumps to "wanna fight about it wanna fight about it?" I said "Youve sure been itching to fight lately havent you" "yeah lets fight about it then lets fight about it" so I sat down and said "stop crying about it" and apparently he took offense and hit me. Tore out my tear duct and ripped open my upper and lower eyelid, requiring multiple stitches. It really hurts me and is embarrassing to say that because I know adam probably sees it as some sort of accomplishment.
We had been talking about fighting earlier on the boards but it was purely to box in order to get into better shape. Nothing hostile about it. Adam even mentioned earlier in this thread that he has his gloves in the car.
This wasn't even a fight. Adam sucked punched me when I was sitting down with both hands on my controller ready to play. He says he has his reasons, but since I omitted any opinions I had from the story, and told straight facts about what happened to me, so if there is some justification for what happened in there let me know. Best case scenario his reason is that I tried to get into a doubles game, he didnt hear me call it, and he decided this was warrant enough to assault me.
The worst part about all this is I considered adam to be a good friend, closer to him than most smashers, and he assaults me for no reason at all (hed argue against this, but its obvious that I did nothing to deserve this treatment).
Adam I would never have done that to you, even if you did something that was truly offensive, rude, or were being a **** (and by truly I mean not a simple miscommunication). I thought we were closer than that
. Its obvious before you hit me that we could have no semblance of a friendship if you did that, but its apparent that hitting me was more important to you than keeping that friendship. Its better that this happened sooner than later though so we could stop the bull**** right in its tracks. Im just embarassed that I stood up for you all the times people would talk **** about you, and now all I have to show for it is a ****ed up eye.
But Id like you other smashers to consider that adam has made threats and assaulted other smashers before. Remember the threats he was making at dave not to long ago? Does anybody know why? I dont, other than it being suspiciously close to the time dave started getting better than him. There was another incident in my car where hugo(HugQ) was asleep in the front seat, and adam, insisting that he should sit in the front, began hitting him open fist and started tampering with his belongings. Hugo may have been a little unreasonable but once again, this does not justify violence. These are the other two events I remember most clearly but im sure you can all name many more.
Just keep in mind that although adam may be fine and in good spirits most of the time (in fact he'd reconciled with me about an hour before the incident happened), he is prone to these tantrums, and can and will strike out against people for no reason. So when is it gonna stop? I should have taken the hint when it started with hugo, since that was the first visual confirmation I had of him being violent for childish reasons, but yesterday was the real eye opener for me

Adam, you were not yourself that day. It seems like you've been holding a lot in, beyond the situation of calling next for the friendly, and beyond whatever you're feelings were towards Emil before the incident and this was your way of letting it out. I want to talk to you about it on Monday.

I learned a bunch from playing you. I felt all of that Falco experience you have during our set and that was my one of my prime goals when playing you, picking up on the intricacies of the matchup. I knew the sooner I did that the better I would do against you, but it seemed like second game you took control, and then I gained some control back but it was too late. That seems to be how this game is going to work when I reach high level play.

adam- i heard you were on meth LOL even though i don't think you were you seemed pretty crazy that day. i have to admit that seemed really out of character =/, i guess people make mistakes sometimes, especially when other circumstances can really affect them in a bad way. i'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt just cause in all my time with you i've never seen anything come close to real violence. a little *****ing and verbal harassment maybe, but w/e. don't disappear, man

The players weren't labeled though so he might need your guys help. For example the first video is not Lovage's Fox. That looks like my Falco though, so I think it was a friendly against someone's Fox.
