The first stage will be neutral. If the opponents cannot agree upon a neutral stage then it may or not be FD [since you can't actually random stage then this is really the only other option I can think of] (this is open to discussion whether or not FD is the most neutral stage IYO)
The loser of the first match chooses the next stage (counterpick or neutral), and so on.
Example:
1st Stage = Neutral
2nd Stage = Loser picks
3rd Stage = Loser picks (if it ends up being 1-1)
and so on
You cannot play banned stages. If they are not up there in the stage list then do not even bother picking it. You may post in this topic to discuss with yr opponent what stage you'll be picking as yr counterpick and what-not.
If people would like I wouldn't mind hosting a teams tourney after the singles is finished, so if yr interested, just say so.
The date may not be set in stone yet. So keep it in mind. I may change it later today or tomorrow. Just a heads up.
