You could... but then the crew would be overpowered.

The idea is that there are several rival crews so that competition builds up and we improve. Of course, if everyone improves, all the crews would be overpowered, which is ideal for Genesis.

if you have that sort of crew, and you expect several crews that will actually be in competition with each other... it wont happen, if you keep that crew, there would only be one other crew that would be able to compete with it, ending up with BC composing of 2 crews

just kills your idea of "several rival crews" unless you wanted it to be like, these two compete with each other. another compete with eachother. it could work, but it separates the community, not sure what you wanted
