I bet it will be... Don't underestimate the Celtics if PP and KG can stay the course they're even better this year than last.

IN OTHER NEWS, Danny Granger is out "indefinitely" (whatever that means) which means my boy Paul George is about to step up and do work for my fantasy team. ;)

Go Pistons! .........:urg:

Looking forward to the 2012-2013 season. For one there is no lockout. Secondly, seeing how all the new rosters for teams such as the Lakers, for example, throughout the season will be interesting.

DAMN the Heat looked good! I was especially impressed with Ray Allen the dude came to play. LeBron was also an absolute beast which is to be expected... Great start for the reigning MVP. How did Chalmers have 11 assists? o.0

Rondo continues to be a ***** (I love it). I also loved when KG ignored Ray when he tried to get his attention. Dat rivalry.

Oh and it looks like the Lakers are going to experience going through some growing pains very similar to what the Heat experienced when the first came together. Their chemistry still looks pretty off especially when looking at Nash.

Yeah, Lakers are definitely gonna go through some growing pains, but there is no excuse in regards to losing that bad vs the Mavs at home. They didn't have Dirk or Caveman, and they got beat down.

Meh both are sub .500 teams but Detroit is ballin outta control.

Harden isn't talented enough to carry a team that bad by himself he's no superstar. Also, Lin still sucks. :troll:

They were showing some of the game on NBA coast to coast. Lin drives into 3 people and has the ball stripped. Luckily, Detroit is a bad team and Harden steals the ball back.

The real story at hand for tonight: Are the Lakers about to lose again? We all know how hard Portland plays them on their home court. Should be a great game.

Grizzlies/Clippers will also be a good game cuz dat rivalry... I need 2 TV's.

This Rockets/Pistons game is surprisingly good though.

Great to have the NBA back. Might as well say GG to my GPA. :(

If only one game decided the season. Let's see what happens when Harden plays a good team that doesnt let him get away with that. If he thought it was hard to score when people were quad teaming Durant and Westbrook, it'll get a lot harder vs good teams.

I mean, it's gonna be a while based on a lot of things. Scouting reports to playing good teams to of course, the big stage (if they get there).

Lakers look mad sloppy. So frustrating to watch.

Well as Houston fas getting the 14 pick 3 years in a row you will just be like wtf.

Harden can be capable being a Stud in the league. Probably the third best SG in the league.

Just this one game can show you what he is capable off. He is a complete basketball player and he is Houstons Franchise Player.

Only fault I see in his game is he cant go right or hes not as good on his right.

Edit: He also had to carry the team, right now no one is stepping up, if Lin and Asik play better and improve thats a solid young core to have right now.

We just need to upgrade the PF position, get a stronger more efficient bench, and probably a new coach.

Howard's making his FTs so that's a plus.

EDIT: Ok BEHR it was a great game but lets not go overboard here... He's going to need to have a lot more good games to prove himself. Lets not forget that Lin had multiple 30+ point games during his "hype period."

Its gunna take a while for Lakers to get it.

They need to have Nash run the game for them, he was completely useless the last game.

The Real Gamer: haha of course but im speaking as a homer right now :colorful:

basically non-homer point to have. The Dude is really good and can ball with the good ones, he just needs to prove himself cause he was third fiddle in OKC. :colorful:

what do you guys think of the contract he got?

Well, I did mention that if I had to pick between him and Ibaka, I'd go with Harden. Ibaka's development seems a bit slower, and I'm not sure if he will ever get to his true potential. So the contract is justified.

It was a risky move by the Rockets but at the same time it's a risky move that could end up paying off in the end.

Regardless I'm sure Harden will be fine... It's gonna take a while to figure out whether he's a true #1 max money type of player but he definitely has the potential, and he's definitely off to a nice start.

DAMN Lillard can ball! Proud to have this guy on my fantasy team. :)
