Man Reggie leaving just made me depressed. Sure the guy coming in is literally called Mr. Bowser but still. I don't think anyone will be able to match Reggie's charisma and character.

Have to say I'm pretty saddened by Reggie leaving, it's going to be very different without him. It looks like Doug Bowser's promotion was done with confidence though, so I have high hopes for him.

so I decided to post my suggestion over at the Minecraft Suggestions subreddit, which the devs and the community manager look at sometimes. Feel free to upvote if you like it, I'm really hoping this gets Banjo-Kazooie some attention, plus get them an awesome pack in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition store.

I was confused by the earlier post, thinking someone came across that fake news about the car crash.

Still though, I never thought Reggie would straight-up leave this soon. It was a pretty good run for him in the company, and may his body be ready for new opportunities in life.

I mean is there any doubt that one of the remaining DLC characters will be a Microsoft character?

Banjo makes so much sense now, especially if we do get an N64 mini. The love between Nintendo and Microsoft is so strong right now.

It's possible that Steve gets in instead, but I don't know how likely that is with Verge's credibility in the toilet.

Yeah, I don’t think Verg has any idea what’s going on with Smash after the main game. I don’t really put much stock into his sources anymore. But that’s just me.

Well, seeing as the Switch is targeted/advertised mainly towards hip, young adult gamers rather than kids/casuals like the Wiis did, I think we probably won't have too much to be concerned about.

The only thing he'd get right at this point is Eddy, and even then that's mainly all Tansut's doing than anything else.

I don’t think the N64 mini is even necessary anymore if Xbox Game Pass is really coming to switch. If we can play Banjo games on Nintendo again, that’s all that matters. Although getting one would still be awesome.

I really wish they marketed Minecraft for all ages like they used to.

Now the Minecon hosts/youtubers/whoever talk like everyone is 5 even if there's a lot of teens or young adults in the crowd.

At least Mojang doesn't treat the fanbase like small children.

You know Nintendo will still want to capitalize on N64 games people love and WILL spend $80 for or whatever they’ll sell it for.

They could put Banjo in as smash dlc to promote gamepass. People have been saying "what will Banjo promote if he gets into smash? Nothing because he is a dead franchise." Well gamepass could very well be what Banjo would be promoting.

To be fair, verge wasn't the one who said "Steve is playable" he just said "minecraft content" which could be a novice spirit for all we know.

Not only that but it’d be a perfect representation of Nintendo and Microsoft’s partnership. Like, can you think of a better character to represent that than the one who has history with both Nintendo and Microsoft?

The Tooty plush sells for upwards of $300 US, very uncommon and highly sought after.

There are also a few variants of BK plushies around plus a Mumbo Jumbo plush.

I believe the Tooty plush is a UFO Takara plush and the Banjo & Kazooie plush in that picture and the Mumbo plush are BD&A plushes. There was also a UFO Takara Banjo & Kazooie plush which, goes for about half the price the Tooty plush usually goes for.

Im glad Reggie is retiring while in good health and not sick or anything, but damn Nintendo from now on is going to feel alot different with him not around anymore, im hoping things will be alot more interesting with King Bowser running Nintendo lol.

Also on a Side Note, Reggie can finally get back to playing Animal Crossing New Leaf on his Nintendo 3DS

God, I can’t take much more of this emotional roller coaster. One minute it’s looking bad for the bear and bird, another minute we’re getting some grand revelation to support them! Please let this be their time to shine!
