I remember the one and only time that me and Bizzarro flame teamed

He grabbed someone and instead of me just Kneeing them... I reverse knee them GG

coolest thing i'd ever done in teams

then we got 8 stocked by connor and cameron

How the h3ll did you guys get 8 stocked by connor and cameron? Cameron plays so little Melee and is a aggressive player with his C.F. Connor may be very good but come on dude! , not even one freaken stock?

Maybe its another guy by the name of Cameron? The Cameron that I know is black; cool guy too.

-Unless your joking about getting 8 stocked Vahag, which I think is now very likely as I'm typing this in; because of how one is affected seasonally during this time. I'm not even going to try to explain this again here on the Pacific Social sub-forum...

sometimes when I play a noob, I have these very bad thoughts:

"wow this guy is so noob. he's just doing random **** that's working."

or "did he really get me with (random weird move here)? I'm gonna **** him now."

I never had "bad thoughts" but I always knew when I was likely to lose either because of inexperience on the match up or because I knew the other person was flat out better. I never really switched off sheik on any match up because I just wasn't confident enough with any other characters but I did pretty well regardless (people didn't **** as much back then, or really there was less people that *****).

Kira, I managed to beat Chu vs his IC's with sheik at Pbody's tourney, next time I played him was Champ Combo and he beat me with Pikachu lol (we agreed no chaingrab with pika). Obviously the grab combo's **** sheik but it's not exactly hard to punish IC's back. Then again Chu was the only IC practice I had when he was at Ken's house, only other times I ever had to face IC's was JV in Indiana and Neal locally but I didn't lose to them.

That's impressive Tavo, but I think the game has changed since then. People are a lot more on point with their execution and so we simply cannot get away with the same things we did back then. Also the matchups are a lot more fleshed out. Not to take away from your victory at all lol, but yeah i just think it wouldn't be the same now.

Btw are you thinking of going to a tournament any time soon?

Yeah, if something on a Saturday happens I'll probably show up, I've had more free time lately. I wasn't trying to imply that things are the same now, this game has always been changing. I was replying to the comment on chu never losing to a sheik, thats all :laugh: I wished I could have gone to Pat's house but I didn't have the entire weekend available.
