The only thing I see as being a possability would be Brawl Singles only. That's it.

Also: Who cares if Brawl + is a "real game?" We all play smash because its fun and entertaining. I have more fun playing Brawl + than I do Brawl.

This is why Brawl is not going to be on day two:

As of lately I really am growing to accept and acknowledge Brawl as a "competitive" game BUT this tournament is called "Long Live Hit Stun" and would completely defeat the purpose of the name. On top of that I also have noticed that a lot of tournaments do not host Brawl + as a main event....but as a side event. I think that Brawl + needs to begin coming out of its shell and to be given a chance to be a competitive game because obviously some people do play it and enjoy it.

Does Brawl bring in more people? Yes. But I find that I will attract more Melee people to Brawl + and more Brawl + people to play Melee again than I would with that of a Brawl crew. On top of that I can only really think of under 10 people who play both melee and brawl and participate in both tournaments. If I add Brawl it will be like 100 people for Brawl and twenty for Melee and it will be just another Brawl tournament. Sorry, not what I want. I like Melee and Brawl + more than Brawl. I like to combo, not have to camp obviously for 7 minutes, etc.

Maybe next tournament I will do a Brawl and Melee deal but for now, I want to see what these Brawl + kids can do. I want to give them a chance to bring this game out of its shell. I feel thus far that no tournament has really given them that chance.

"It's not a real game." Yeah, because Smash Brothers in general makes much more sense. LOL. I think that if people just STFU and played Brawl + they would see its incredibly fun. Is it "competitive" at this point in time? Not really? But its meant to be just as competitive as BRAWL was. Think about that one for a sec. (Multiple air dodges, no comboing, easier to grab items, auto sweet spotting, etc)

Just FYI, Brawl+ has already had two 40+ person tournaments (on the side at Apex and as the main event at Beyond the Limit), and will probably be near those numbers here and maybe at Hackfest, and I'm willing to bet it will hit 60-80 at Pound 4.

Say what you want about how small B+ was at SNES, but that was obviously because it was pushed to Friday night. It's growing, and we could care less whether you "approve" of it as a game.

What's important is peeps at least giving the game a good try before reaching conclusions about it. You don't have to like it, but please... at least try it out.

Of course, the game isn't finished, and as such contains several flaws, but it's still worth playing (and fun as hell). It's more than capable of reaching a truly competitive level.

With that said, I'm stilll looking for B+ MM's for this!

This. Half of the people who say they think Brawl + should not be added to tournaments or whatever the case have not even played the game. I know and understand Brawl has a much bigger fan base atm but Brawl + is definitely much more fun.

I have played Brawl + with a few people who literally had no intention of ever getting into it...and guess what? They liked to play it. Dazwa, Darc, Mattdotzeb, Bloodcross, Icylight, dothack, spawn, aesir, and mike $ are all prime examples of this. None of them had any intention to get into it or care but they all recognize it as being really fun.

Give something a chance before you talk trash about it. Way to be ignorant. People are not giving it a chance because they are like, "LOL, its not a real game." but seriously, for a group of smashers in our age group who are working on it....it's really cool. It really is what Brawl should have been. A game with combos and new characters. plain and simple.
