This is my opinion, she is a crazy azz witch who makes potions out of people and aliens. She also has a devil assistant who transform into what she wants him to transform into like a staff to shoot lightning etc., a broom so she can fly in the air like a witch. What makes her icy is that she put fear into all the people she meets by just staring at them. Red is her trump card to victory though.

Forgive me for my trolling, then.

But I have to ask this: what is so appealing about Ashley? Why do you even consider her a good character?
If you are being serious, then your forgiven. It seems to be a fad to come in here and troll =\.

Well, I've always really liked witchcraft. Even when I was a kid I always found it interesting, and I always like dark spell casters. Ashley is a combination of both. No, she may not be as bad *** looking as some other characters, but to me a little girl who has a potential witch/spell casting move list who can still kick but sounds pretty cool, so I support her.

I also feel as though she would bring some uniqueness into the game. With the ability to have Red as a minion, the move lists that you can come up with the two of them are endless. To me, Brawl could also use more females and spellcasters, so thats also a plus.

What do you mean? 4chan is a website. If that is what you are asking?

People from there aren't cool enough to please crybaby tourney***s. :)
Nobody that knows & loves Smash for what it is appeases tourney***s. Smash is about crazy, random, item-filled matches. If I wanted to play a serious fighting game I'd go elsewhere. SSB is a party game, not a fighting game.

Are people in this thread so narrow-minded and infatuated with Ashley and her pre-teen body that they completely ignore non-Ashley-lovers' posts?
I am pretty infatuated with Ashley's preteen body. :]

Heres one from that art place.

How is it in your opinion?
I love it. =D

Ashley looks incredibly hot in Ashley's clothes.

Or maybe your to much of an ******* to realize that other people enjoy the game in other ways.

And if Sakurai wanted that then why did he put the random stage and item switch?

Is simply because we dont care what you guys think.

Why you say she cannot apear?. All the reasons you posted in the thread are simply personal opinions and assumptions from you.

She could always be an AT. No reason to assume that she'd be a PC. That's pretty presumptious to think that a relatively unknown character who has appeared in a not-so-well-selling series would get a character spot in Brawl.
To come with such air of greatness and state that a character will not appear is almost an insult... Since when you are the one that decide who will go in and who not?.
If you want me to believe she will not be in, dont start your sentences with some "coulds" and "maybes"... come with some official statements or facts-..... not with silly preteen **** quotes.

Just name me your favorite character you want in Brawl.... it doesnt even matters who you name... i can easily say "he/she will not be in! so dont fool yourself".
As stupid as it sounds, is exactly the same thing you are doing.!

He also added a difficulty setting. Only jerks turn down difficulty settings.

He added those features so you could play HOWEVER THE **** YOU WANT.

If you have fun with items. Then by all means play with them.

If you don't. Then turn them the **** off.

I don't know what you're trying to preach here, as you're just saying things I already know. I know why the options are there, but that doesn't make using them make one any less of a jerk. :p

What's with the name-calling? Just because we go to tournies means we're tourney***s? Well then I should be able to call you a n00b or a scrub, because you're ignorant to the metagame, and you're trying to impose your type of play onto everybody else.

Someone doesn't have to go elswhere to find a competitive game. Smash has it all. And no, it's not ALL about crazy item matches and randomness. It's about whatever the player wants it to be about--and for us, that's competition.

Items don't lower competition any. All this *****ing about explosives spawning in front of smash attacks is rare & the fault of the person doing the smash attack for not using more caution. Taking out items gimps characters like Pichu & Fox. Fox's Reflector is a lot less usefull if there aren't as many projectiles, & Pichu is reliant on items to deal damage while minimalizing damage on herself.

You obviously haven't played at higher levels of play enough to know what you're talking about. It's, in fact, glaringly obvious.
Fox's shine is a lot more useful for things other than reflecting projectiles. In fact, it's almost never used for reflecting projectiles.

And the whole reason Pichu is such a low-tier character is becuase his attacks are weak.

Off topic but... Pichu is a 'she'?!

I really don't have anything against competitive players, I learned some of the things, in case I ever face one (in which case, I'll probably loose), but don't care much about tiers.

If you want to have a blast playing with all your friends, and love the thrill of an item appearing that will change the outcome of the entire battle, then so be it. That is how you play.

However, if all you care about is winning and seeing who is the 'best', then that's fine too.

Just remember, I don't think the intent of Smash, was for it to become a competitive game like it is now... That may be what Sakurai wanted, but I somehow doubt it. And this just becomes more apparent in Brawl, because you can't see the name of the person you fight, and other small factors like that. Those are just my two cents.

On a more on topic note..

I'm not pro-Ashely, but I am not against her either. I'd rather see her out rather than in, but I won't cry about it if she makes it in.

I am saying that you don't have the right to tell anyone else about how to play the game, what I am saying is that Sakurai gave us these options so we can play it how we like...

Well actually Pichu is a baby Pokemon so it has no gender (I think thats true) bu even if they do there is no way to tell them apart (Well... BEFORE D and P that is).

Exactly. Play however you want thats what the options are there for, but Sakurai is catering towards the more competitive players a bit with brawl... if you read Gimpy's thread you would find out about a few new adv techs (How L canceling is performed, "Ink drop" etc). But the truth is that Sakurai is catering towards everyone... people who are less skilled have a lot while people who want to get better have new techs and such.

I'm not pro-Ashely
Yay!

Boo!

I'd rather see her out rather than in

What, you mean bother to travel to some tournament? No, I haven't.

Fox's shine is a lot more useful for things other than reflecting projectiles. In fact, it's almost never used for reflecting projectiles.
Almost never? Is this with items on? It's great for reflecting projectiles in the air. Stealing Pocket Mans with it is a good use too.

And the whole reason Pichu is such a low-tier character is becuase his attacks are weak.
I never said her attacks were strong. She's designed to get to items before her opponents.

Oh and neither Mona or Jimmy T were the ones with their own songs...and have you listened to Ashley's song? It sounds challenging.
