Hey Adam, you should apply to the same colleges I do next semester Berkeley is by many lists top 10-15 colleges in the world, and it goes from there. UALR and Fayetteville are just non-options when it comes to my degree. I mean, UALR itself won't even hire UofA graduates


Interesting how s2j likewise hates the marth matchup and is five times better against sheik. Seems like a pretty common trend among falcons these days. Tai beat him playing about as legit as marth can though (and still win against a good player), so that's good. Made for an entertaining set.

Will, our matches don't look like that because 1. we are not that good 1a. we are not in a location to become that good in the time we've been playing like they are 1b. we have also not put in the effort 2. tournament is way different than friendlies. At least personally, my fluidity is *generally* improved when at tournaments (or playing new people, at least). Even if my tech skill is down, I still play better overall. FOCUS is everything in this game, once you reach a certain level of consistency.

nope, the CEO quit cus he's been at that spot for 2 years and stocks have droped from $50 in 2009 last quarter to $20 now , pretty sad really.

over all those 50 bestbuys aren't anywhere near us either. but what's not noted is bestbuy is opening 100 smaller best buy mobile stores aka cell phone stores everywhere

Well, you do what's best for you and I'll do what's best for me. My life has gotten better since I started living near family. I still do plan to move to CA eventually, but not for school. I'm so bad at school that it doesn't really matter where I go just as long as I get my degree. Hopefully this changes since my current job has given me some new motivation that I haven't felt since high school.

Your improved quality of life is the result of a job forcing responsibility down your throat. You're not allowed to be apathetic in a meaningful way because other people rely on you now. Attributing all that to being in the same town as your sister kind of misses the point imo. Self-respect isn't some magical formula where family is the secret ingredient. However, I don't deny that it can be a catalyzing agent. But so are friends.

School is a different kind of responsibility because you're only answering to yourself, so I don't know how that will go for you. Hopefully being forced to care has engendered a legitimate interest in your future though.

Sadly I do understand the difficulties. A 3.75 from a known school will get accepted over a 4.0 from Arkansas :\

I swear I just met Sarah paline jr. She is from Alaska and she speaks exactly the same. She asked me if I could help set up her computer for her, but I declined because my job doesn't allow me to. She goes on to talking about how she has a BA in IT from Alaska, and in so many word says she doesn't know how to use a computer. I go on to explain how to connect to the Internet here and she says that she doesn't know how to open internet explorer. I respond by saying that it is the most basic steps in using a computer, which she should know from being an IT major. She proceeds to say "I'm not stupid." then I give her the number to a computer repair shop in Alaska.

Moral of the story is to never go to school in Alaska.

Odd thought g.vice would be higher than me.

were slowly getting the ranks up, though i think were all around 1450-1550 i don't think we have the skill yet to be 1600s , but we always can improve to get there.

edit- also lupin is amazing, haven't watched anything else yet but have few downloaded.

This show is seriously going to make me sick. I was eating a bowl of ramen while watching it, but I completely lost my appetite and through it all away. Now just think about that. Something being so sick that yoshiman won't eat. You should watch it arby. I know you will love it.

I AM watching it. It is certainly disgusting, but also good enough otherwise that I have consigned myself to looking away from the screen sometimes, like for Black Lagoon and etc. That show, Lupin, Fate/Zero, Tsuritama, Apollo, and Space Bros are all legit quality (Lupin and Tsuritama in particular are beautiful). Medaka Box and Accel World aren't bad and could turn out well. Really good season. Oh yeah, MGX also had a poster for "The Day that Mars Stood Still" and 2001: A Space Odyssey, which wasn't changed iirc.

@Jason yeah, once you go to more tournies your score will get to where it should be (likely around Adam's, but both of you could break 1300 if you don't choke). Saber just lacks local data, like pretty much everyone but me, Vts, and Will do.

@Vice watching smash vids on the job, I long for the day. My office hours=catch up on the latest tournament :D
