Because that's what I've always wanted in a fighting game. I've wanted to be able to play Vegeta/Ed Elric/Kenshin/Ganon in the same game with smash mechanics. But the thing is I don't think there would ever be anything official about playing it. Everyone would be OP and broken.

you can play mugen, but it's really nothing more than a platform for dream matches like... ganon vs fat albert. although legendary majin emperor lordking ganon of legends vs ssj27 fat albertzilla might be a closer approximation with mugen. you create a busted character and watch it fight other busted characters :/

many of those modded brawl characters seem to share that design philosophy. zero, master chief, and to a lesser extent viewtiful joe looked like fun, faithful adaptations though.

Any of you guys got any recommendations for me? Besides Seif recommending Tales of Vesperia to me again?

Thought about it, but with my busy schedule I feel like I really need something that's NOT online because if it's not console, I get competitive and feel the need to play too much. I need something good I can enjoy and still at the same time play in moderation.

Wouldn't a sequel have been amazing? The things they could do with it now that we have Next-gen technology and potential.

Yoshi, I don't have a 360, but I don't think I'd be a Fable fan. I haven't touched a Castlevania game since 1994 on the NES.

seif, will is downloading bluray copies of the dbz movies. I remember you joking about marathoning them, so would you really like to? he's only seen a couple. it could be over multiple days, or in addition to other stuff.
