Anyone into pokemon cards? One of yummys friends introduced me into it not even a week ago and I fell in love hahaha. I cant believe we all grew up with them but took me this long just to learn how to play <3

I loved Pokémon cards, but really just for the pretty artworks. I tried building my own deck at one point, but then got lazy. :p

Nintendo seriously makes some of the best tunes to be remixed with. Like, every ****in Nintendo franchise has such good music

not just nintendo, but japanese game companies in general. niggas dont play when it comes to selecting composers for their games.

Square rides Nobuo's **** for everything though.

I admittedly can't remember noticing particularly good Capcom music. Not saying it isn't, I'll just try to notice it in the future.

I removed EVERY Animal Crossing song from my Smashville, including the KK Slider songs.


I hate AC music so much.

I play magic which is already expensive, and I heard pokemon and yu-gi-oh cards are moreso so even though I want to get back into I dont think I can. however I do have the old pokemon tcg gameboy game if anyone else happens to own it.

and yeah animal crossing music mostly sucks

yea haha pokemon is more. i was thinking magic since the packs are cheaper but ill stick with pokemon first then share with magic later on.

omg really AC music? so horrible! ima end up with no teeth if i have to keep listening to that music from grinding my teeth so hard!

Hahaha, I just happened to read the last line of Rob's post before reading any of the other posts, and all I saw was that AC music was so horrible, etc. and I thought that he was talking about Assassins Creed instead of Animal Crossing, and I was about to go into absolute R.A.G.E, because Assassins Creed music is PHENOMENAL.

But yes, Animal Crossing music is pretty annoying.

if you havent heard of S.S.H. (Saitama Saisyu/Saishuu Heiki) before seriously get into them! they have their free to download website for all their songs! all sound bad *** and put u in the mood to just kick ***!

if there's someone to play with I might invest a bit so I can at least start, so if there's a good starting point (starter pack/structure deck etc) preferably cheap I'll pick it up. do B/J/F cards fetch high prices now/have good usablility? because I still have some of my old cards.

I'll look forward to playing magic in the future too

compared to a lot of the music in brawl it's kind of meh. I mean compared to amazing arrangements of zelda music, kirby music, fire emblem or many of the other amazing songs feature, I dont think it sounds anywhere near as good, I dont see why it is liked so much, but that's just me...

Smashboards has some weird *** advertisements at the top of the page. For some reason it shows a Bible study advertisement. How does video games, super smash brothers or anything that has to do with this site associate with the bible?

the 60 cards theme decks are pretty cheap i would say just because ur given cards u will switch out when u start getting booster packs. the cheapest would be at ToysRUs for around $12 and older ones for $10. Target also sells them pretty cheap. BJF cards? I know you cant use old *** cards back in the day so im still learning how far back you can go on cards. Also Rave is getting into Pokemon as well so it will be nice to have people to get started with. I already got a 60 theme deck with a few boosters to start.

Also SSH is awesome! They have so many songs and theyre free to download ill link their website
