Some notable changes include J666 being swapped out with MattDotZeb in Hax's pool (46), Shiz having his own pool (56), Bladewise vs PewPewU (58), J666 entering the pool with Darc and Druggedfox (62), and Orion replacing Yu in StriCNYN3's pool (64).

So I've realized something Thelake isn't going? Which is wierd since PA is bringing down a **** load of people to Apex, so that's kinda wierd, and disappointing. Secondly half the people on the notable players list who didn't attend like ken, remen, mach dash, darkrain, and silentspectre(at least until Genesis 3) are all pretty much retired from this game and had no interest in attending apex(which makes me sad). Furthermore since when is king funk a top player. Also pp won't be able to get his revenge on fly amanita(wish he would travel more cause I think he is the best ICs) and taj, who both beat pp at Genesis 2(sick johns). Another thing, I wish Overtriforce had waited to come to Apex instead of spending money on RoM 4. Lastly lol Jonas, some shots fired at Calle W much, and how everyone in America overhypes him.(Including myself)

Yeah, I really wish Taj had come to Apex. I would like to see if Genesis2 was a fluke or if he really is that good now(it's more disappointing since he is the only active top player from Arizona who didn't come).

And while we're ranting.....I'm also really disappointed that Javi is the only to player coming from mexico, I considering that both Tuga and Yu were confirmed during registration. I would have liked to get a better picture of Mexico's level beyond what Javi alone will be able to provide. I'm not bothered that Fly Amanita(never leaves West Coast) or Thelake(weird since he came to both The Big House and ROM4) didn't come. However I really wish Pikachad had registered, I was really impressed with him at Tipped off 7, and it'd be nice to see a Pikachu other than Axe perform well at a major.

All that being said, so many great players did in fact register that it's hard for me to be disappointed. Also great job witht he thread Teh Icy.

Just an FYI guys, I'm going to a smashfest/watching Apex, so I won't be updating this anymore; it's not really needed anyway I suppose. I'm also pretty much done with serious Smash, so this'll be the last info dump thread I do. I'm sure all y'all will survive without my help.

But anyway, Apex starts tomorrow, and from the pre-tourney, we saw Axe and Hugs playing on point, Shiz looking rusty and a lot of other craziness with EC smashers. Get hyped for the showdown that begins in less than 13 hours now! Apex will be the greatest Melee tournament in history! :D

I have to say I have loved watching good players playing low tiers in the preapex streams. I think my favorite sets were Armada's YL vs. PC's Fox and Hungrybox's Ness get off in friendlies. So hype for tomorrow.

Because YL is a real weak CPing choice. Hbox will most likely easily be able to defeat it this time, and then Armada is stuck without any choices because he never learned the matchup with his main.
