You wont have a hard time. Not many of us can EV train or make a decent move choice in two weeks.

No. You don't need to train them to 50. There's a feature on wifi that automatically puts them at 50, no matter what level they're really at.

Your pokemon can be level one if you want it. Your real training consists of Ev training/ choosing your moves. After for the tournament try for Lv.100.

You're likely to make it in, though, so just be online between May 2 and May 5 (the day of) because I'll likely be PMing you.
And if you guys have any more questions about the tournament, just check out the link (in orange) that I have on my first post. Your questions could very likely be answered there, but if they're not, feel free to ask. Just saying this because the stuff asked just now was answered on the link (all the info is on the first post after you follow the link).

Well each Pokeman have an original stat. All of the Pokeman(from the same species) has the same stats at the same level(excluding EVs IVs and natures.). But at level fifty the original stats are smaller then Lv.100.*NOTE: your stats are influenced by Original stats+EV+IV X or / by 1.1 depending on nature.* So in a lowered original stats(such as Lv.50) EVs and Ivs count more since they are more proportionally significant.
NOTE: Is there a name for the stats thats ignores EV/IV? I don't want to say original stats.

Usually, I think it would have been at 20:00, but we've got daylight savings time going on.

How do you organize this? I mean, during the tournament, how do you get this person to battle this person & what-not? Do you communicate during the tourney through wi-fi with voice chat or what?
Also, can you send mail over wi-fi?
