Animal Crossing Human?

It's alright I mean it would have been so awsome if there was a character, but we have enough. The stage itself impressed me. and then they added mr resseti im satisfied.

by the way what was the item that is from ac? someone mentioned it.

I think Animal Crossing Character, (as in the character you play as) would be brilliant.

Moveset :

B - Slingshot (hold to power up)
B+Sideways - Swing Axe
B+Up - Some Tether Recovery, Fishing Rod??
B+Down - Bug Catching Net (similar to fox's reflector) (also acts as 'Link To The Past' reference)

Smash Attack - Calls in loadsa animals who attack people at random

Then A attacks cud be punch/kick


Any opinions??





It wud be really embarrassing to lose to him haha

So what if he is? I don't see why that has anything to do with his moveset. I thought it was decent.

But I've got a question for him:
What will the Butterfly Net do? I can't see how it could be a reflector.

Also, I think it would be more useful to have the dB be "Dig". He/She pulls out a shovel, and digs a hole that other characters (and even yourself) can fall into. Exactly like the Pitfall item, except you can only place it and not throw it.

I'm reffering to Zelda:Link to the past... when u fight the wizard and you use the master to deflect his attacks, your net works aswell.....

AC isn't related to TLOZ, so i doubt it.

But, I don't want any AC Characters in brawl (notice i said I)

no senor/senora I have not.........=O But that game would be perfect for the Wii, plus thanks to Wii's Wifi connetcion..we might be able to visit other towns from other gamers!....if this sounded n00b-ish I am so sorry XD

no man, that's not noobish at all. Animal crossing has an amazing game length variation, from people who play it for 10 minutes, say "tis is gey" to the people that are multimillionaires and have play times of over 1000!!!!!! hours... Animal crossing wii is gonna come out, but no-one knows when, it's like brawl for the Australians...

animal crossing deserved a character, but it would be difficult to give AC villager a move set. Thats one possible theory behind why that game didnt get a representative, but who knows. If there is a SSB4 then a character for this game will probably be high up on the list of most wanted.

a slingshot, shovel, fishing rod, butterfly net,axe, the ability to throw things, and the soccer balls-basketballs/snowballs could be turned into a moveset... maybe he could throw those useless shells at people...

i for one am really happy they didnt get a character. ew just ew at the thought really. I can tolerate Olimar but not Animal crossing human. I just knew a stage and icon wouldnt dictate a character being playable. sure it could have had a moveset but everything just pointed to no. them being in brawl playable wouldnt seem right to me at all. so yay. sorry.

Here's why they didn't get in. To quote Sakurai...

there are lots of popular games with characters that just aren’t meant for fighting and were too hard to incorporate into the Smash Bros. title. Heading the list of these characters are the ones from the games we just mentioned, Nintendogs and Animal Crossing.

i'm mad that there is no ac human, but hell, i wanted him as an assist trophy too! HECK, I WANTED MORE THAN 27 ASSIST TROPHIES!

I just can't see an Animal Crossing character fighting, the most violent thing in the game I can think of is the bees stinging you when you shake the **** trees.

Although I will be excited if another AC game comes out. I loved the first one.

worst and most common excuse... EVAR!

animal crossing+ACWW has no moveset? I think ill compare him to other characters nao...

bow=slingshot
sword/hammer=axe
falco's reflector/shiek's chain= fishing pole
pitfall= vB shovel dig
recovery= butterfly net leap(like aether but slower up and down and angled)

final smash: bees, scorpions, and turantulas summoning... think dedede...

Let me remind you that this is the same game that has Kid Icarus (Pit), R.O.B, and Mr. Game and Watch as playable characters. Before, Kid Icarus could only shoot arrows, jump around, and throw hammers. R.O.B was a freaking toy, and Game and Watch...do I even have to say anything? How could you say that a character with a fishing rod, shovel, slingshot, and axe wouldn't have a moveset? If you don't like the character or the games, just say that.

i want an ac character but how is it true cuz it said i unlocked all the fighters in brawl and also the *** version been out for a whilethis just seems so absurd to tell us after all this time to finally confirm an ac character.

no this thread was wishful thinking before brawl came out.

You win, welcome to the "omg developers CAN think outside of the box" club.

I say this as a game designer, not a developer. Personally I'd hate to have the latter job...
