Thanks for pointing out the fakes serebii, but there's one thing I still don't get: What's the point of having this info if you're not allowed to leak it? Did you ask for this info out of your own curiousity? If so, then you're just like us.

Also, why is it that you can't make an anonymous leak? Then again, I suppose there is a chance that you could have, but it's one fish in a whole sea of leaks. Plus, you wouldn't really be able to say if you were going to do so anyways, so this question is pointless...

I know he isnt feeding me false info because he gave me lots of info months before it appeared on the Dojo and oh look it turned out true (just to give an example...Sonic and his moves, Pokemon Trainer's FS etc)

I do not need to post the stuff to prove to some nobodies that I have it. I'm not that petty or pathetic. I actually have integrity...I know that even tho its unlikely, they could track down my source easily and boom he's gone, and with him, every other source I have will think twice about giving me information.

Congratulations, you're credible. Nobody is saying you're not credible. However, just because you are credible doesn't mean people aren't allowed to doubt you. The person you quoted wasn't trying to insult you. Let me just also say that I don't personally doubt your information, the only thing that upsets me is that you were outright condescending. Basically he gave away his source in the bolded section, since there's probably only one or two people localizing UK Dojo updates

People who work at Nintendo read/post on GAF, so they contacted the UK guy and probably chewed him out. UK guy knew who he had talked to, so he returned the favor, now you have this:

So unfortunately there won't be any more updates from here.

And this, folks, is why nobody who runs a blog that constantly updates with info is leaking anything. You'd have to be really naive to think that the guys working on Brawl don't read these leaks/forums.

This is also why some of you guys are really dumb for demanding people like Serebii tell you who their source is. %99 of the time, someone's source is also a friend or a relative; no doubt this guy's source is pissed at him for leaking that relatively harmless info

Please don't pm him. That's pretty immature and I doubt it will reveal anything. If he wanted to say more he would have done it.

My intention with that post was to show what happened when the guy revelaed his source, since so many people in this thread insist that sources be named. I did not intend to paint a target on his head, and I should have left his name off the post. He's probably pretty upset about what happened, and he knows he's been caught, so he's not going to leak any more.

If something leaks that his source recalls telling him, his source will proabbly assume he continued talking. As I said, leaks usually occur betwen family members and friends, I don't think we want this guy's friend to get any more upset with him.

On the other hand, he did reveal some cool, albiet vague info with this post:

This reconfirms that the Dojo posts were translated ages ago, and that the guys doing the localization probably don't know the exact dates info will be posted. Most likely a webmaster is in charge of updating all of the sites with the translated info, and the decision of what to post when is made there.

apparantly there is more! Crazy Stuff even! With the release so close (and even delayed) I figured the Dojo had run its course. I know we'll still get some hidden characters, items, but this statement is encouraging that some of the hidden stuff is in fact very out there and could be considered big news

Also, the "Nintendo Ninjas" as you put it are watching this thread as well. After all it is an excellent compilation of all the leaks happening all over the web. It basically does their homework for them. They know people are going to pm this guy and they know what info he was told, so they will also know if he leaks it. You should think this through a bit more. What you're doing is putting a poor guy through trouble for no reason what-so-ever. It's really selfish

Anyways, I'm curious why the moderation on this forum edited NyaseNya's "leaked" roster out of her post, but they have no trouble letting obvious BS like AlmightyGoat, Rapscouter, and 2ch leaks spawn multiple threads here. Was the reason for that edit ever revealed?
