Hey, all.

Since we have all these leakers going around, I figured that we should see what the seemingly top leakers; rapscouter, ChaosZero, ChaoticImplosion, forbrawlbattle, jhonnyturbotti, NyaseNya, the NEOGaffers, "December 31 GameFAQ dude," AND Serebii; have to say about Brawl, and their predictions.


This topic will serve to organize their "leaks," and will update whenever a new prediction is made or whenever a leak is confirmed or deconfirmed.

EDIT: Thanx guys, for holding down the fort, while I'm gone! Well, lots of news, apparently. Dedede isn't as bad as everyone thought, PT is an emo kid who doesn't clap, and Wario eats Pikachu's Skull Bash. UltimateX64 was debunked! rapscouter got some new stuff to say! New guy, HoldenCaully. ShadowXOR makes some clarification. Much, much more! I wanna send a shoutout to BKBroiler for doing an excellent job keeping up a new thread! 34 Pages over the course of 3 days! WOW, I'm quite impressed. Although, I'm not sure if I should keep his up, since in my mind, I feel like I'd be robbing him of a spotlight he certainly deserves for helping me out so much. I wanna hear what y'all think, so I'm added his info back to my thread, and for the time being, BK's thread will be up as well, unless he decides to close it himself. Anyways, I'm back, and let's get back to debunking prophets!

Debunked: 1/11/2008
Since January 5th, we've seen this guy posting on a Gamespot blog, with several updates a day, a la DOJO style. He has stated that, so far, he will not post anything pertaining to new characters in Brawl, but has said on Saturdays he will post a "major" update on Saturday. He hasn't said anything too bad yet, the only thing he has done is upset Custom Robo & Ray 01 fans. However, it was recently posted that there was allegedly a false IGN profile, stating he was a 15 year old British kid, which may or may not have hurt his credibility. Now, he says that his source that told him about Rival Pokémon Trainer was a hoax...

thealmightygoat has admitted to being a complete fake. However, he was officially debunked by the fact that Charizard's Up+B Special is Fly, rather than Air Slash).


2. FForceSultan
Debunked: 1/10/2008-1/11/2008
At first glance, FForceSultan seems to have a very WTF factor in his "leaks." Sporting a number of obscure references to Nintendo games, one would think that FForceSultan is a fake. However, we know Sakurai and his obsession with the obscure. Nothing of his predictions have been debunked yet, and he's made a lot of them, so let's see what he's got to say. Now, he's posted an alt. costume for EVERY character, which originally was thought to be debunked by the Overalls Wario update on the DOJO. Here's his link: FForceSultan's Gamespot Blog

Serebii commented saying this roster was potentially a fake.

FForceSultan has officially been debunked, as Zelda's Final Smash has been revealed that she uses Light Arrows as part of her FS, as opposed to his original statement that she summoned the Goddesses of Hyrule.

For those who weren't sure about his debunking (due to him "nailing" Pikmin & Olimar's Specials), he was further debunked when he got BOTH Charizard's Up+B and Squirtle's Neutral B incorrect.

He later admitted (indirectly, but still) to being wrong, and continues to post lies.


3. rapscouter
Rapscouter is possibly the most famous one of the bunch, he was the one who leaked a number of things about Pokémon Diamond and Pearl before it was released. He returns with a number of predictions, however, GameFAQs seems to keep deleting his posts, but I have Notepad files of all his predictions, and I will post them here, instead of posting a link.

For each set, he has stated that three things within are lies (except for the mention about the delay, which rapscouter apologizes for, which is acceptable, as the delay was seemingly last minute)
.

-Super Smash Bros. will be on the Virtual Console Feb. 4th. (The idea has been tossed around among leakers)
-Blastoise, Zapdos, Luxray, Combusken, and Grovyle eill be pokeball pokemon. (Blastoise & Zapdos are likely to return)
-There will be no more delays, this game will be out Feb. 10th. This game is Finished and has been finished the only reason it was delayed is so it didn't conflict with Super Mario Galaxy's sales. (Surprisingly, we all thought this was a bona fide truth. Not any more!)
-The Dojo will reveal the 3rd third party character not this week, but the following week. (1/14/2008-1/18/2008) (No 3rd Party revealed this week)
-Metal Gear Solid will have three ATs, Cyber Ninja, Revolver Ocelot, and someone else who will bring a smile to your face. Revolver Ocelot stands on on side of the level and rapidly fires at everyone other that the person who threw the AT. (Possibly referring to Raiden, who is mentioned by forbrawlbattle & ChaoticImplosion; Cyber Ninja AKA Gray Fox confirmed via the DOJO, Raiden may have been confirmed at JumpFesta)
-Ditto is an extremely powerful pokeball pokemon.
Many people will not be surprised by the third 3rd party character, but many will be.
-Sothe, Trace, Professor Oak, and Kiddy Kong are Assist Trophiess. (Sothe was confirmed at JumpFesta; forbrawlbattle said Sothe, Trace & Professor Oak as well)
-Luigi's Mansion, Gorons Mountain, and Kaptain K. Rool's ship are levels in SSBB. (jhonnyturbotti mentions Gangplank Galleon, AKA K. Rool's ship)
-The third 3rd party's character level is from the same series, but not from the same game as him.
-1/2 of the SSB levels and 1/3 of SSBM levels are going to be in SSBB with improved graphics
-There's really a forth third party character that's gonna blow minds, don't who it is because my friend wouldn't even tell me.

-Falco will return due to his popularity. (Disagrees with ChaoticImplosion; Agrees with ChaosZero)
-Wii Bowling, Wii Shop, and Big Boss Blue's are all music in the game. (Wii Shop Music was confirmed via the Pictochat update)
-Poke Floats 2, and a level based on one of Bowser's airships will be in SSBB.
-There will be DLC new levels and possibly items, ATs, and characters.
-The Ditto pokeball pokemon most of you thought was a lie, well if it was and even if it wasn't a lie, let me continue giving you some more information on him, when he comes out of the ball he copies the character that threw the ball, and unleashes their final smash. That's the reason I said he was really powerful.
-Rawk Hawk, Tricky, Twinrova, and kremlings are going to be Assist Trophies.
The boss battles from The Legend of Zelda in the Subspace Emissary are going to be big and epic.
-Tails, Knuckles, and Dr. Eggman are all the assist trophiess from Sonic that I know of. (Tails was mentioned by ChaoticImplosion & forbrawlbattle)
-About 65% of the hidden characters are unlocked in the Subspace Emissary. (Sakurai did say a majority of characters would be unlocked through SSE)
-There is a level called Through Time and Space.
-Luigi will be able to jump higher and run faster, but slide sorta like in Super Mario Galaxy. (Luigi confirmation)

-The Frozen Flower, Bob-Omb, and the Red Shell are all items in SSBB. (Bo-Bomb seen within one of ITP's demo vids)
-Salamence, Hitmochan, Hitmonlee, and Staryu are all pokeball pokemon.
-Saffron City, Sector Z, Hyrule Castle, Mushroom Kingdom and Dream Land will return with improved graphics.
-The Soundtrack for this game will be epic, there are supposedly over 200 songs in this game. It will have everything from The Super Mario Bros theme to The Metal Gear Solid theme.
-In Subspace Emissary there will sometimes be guest characters that join up with you, that will not be in the playable character roster.
-Tauroneo, Impa, and Boo are Assist Trophies.
-Some Music from Fire Emblem will be Fire Emblem Theme, The Strong, and Ascent.
-Ganondorf will be returning in his Twilight Princess form, and Fight with a sword, but move very slowly. (Interview w/ Eiji Aonuma, prophets have agreed)
-Green Hill Zone, and Good Egg Galaxy are levels in SSBB.
-An item called Rare Candy will temporarily make you stronger.
-Roy, and Marth are being taken out and being replaced by characters from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. (disagrees with jhonnyturbotti)

-Regirock, Registeel, and Regice will be pokeball pokemon.
-Supspace Emissary will take around 2-5 hours to beat depending on your skill level and how many worlds you wanna beat.
-Ness is back and playable, he has NOT been removed. (Confirmed via "How to Play" Video!)
-Captain Falcon is back with a new moveset. (rapscouter said this was one of his lies)
-There will be around 65-75 levels.

-There will be no rival P.T. in the game. (C'mon Blaziken, Turtwig, and Croconaw I think it was no, if anything it would be Blastoise, Charmeleon, and Bulbasaur, maybe or maybe not, but I do know Blastoise would be in the there.
-Rayquaza will not be the only Pokemon boss in Subspace Emissary.
-The third 3rd party character is from Capcom.
-There will be a level in here that will have SNES graphics. (I have no idea what it's from, but that's how it was described to me.)
-After you get all the cds, you can supposedly upload your own music via memory stick.
-Twilight Fossil- Stallord, and Twilight Igniter- Fyrus are bosses in Subspace Emissary.
-Monty Mole, and Professor E. Gadd are assist trophies.
-Big Goron's Sword, and Poison Mushroom are items. (Poison Mushroom effect seen within one of ITP's Dedede vs. Pikachu vids)

-Subspace Emissary will have some form of a online mode.

4. ChaosZero
On Halloween 2007, a post was made by ChaosZero, describing the Dragoon parts in amazing detail. The funny thing is that the Dragoon Parts were not so much as acknowledged by Sakurai until the 12/28 DOJO Update. Thus, ChaosZero became the first true "prophet" that people stand to believe.

7. 2Channel
Debunked: 1/10/2008
2Channel is a popular Japanese website, and they were recently attributed to having allegedly "leaked" the Brawl roster. prettymanfairy of SmashBoards posted this in the General brawl Discussion and it ran rampant. Samurai Panda had searched all over 2Chan, but to no avail.

The most recent issue of CoroCoro released information that Sonic and Solid Snake were in fact unlockable, thus proving this roster false, as it was said that Sonic & Snake would be starting characters.

8. forbrawlbattle
This guy posted a list of 50 out of the large number of Assist Trophies that are potentially in Brawl. The list is a combo of confirmed and unconfirmed, with some interesting results. Here's the link: Gamespot post of forbrawlbattle's AT findings

You may know Nintendrone from his bogus Prima leak from December, where he mentioned that he leaked it. However, he admitted that he was a fake. However, RandomGuy42 of SmashBoards managed to uproot him and get his to tell us it was a fake: :

Now before you go flaming me up the *** for what I did, know that I never meant to harm anyone, or cause trouble. I did this in a time where we had no new information, no daily blog, just the bare minimum.

I think its best if I tell the whole story from the beginning, as every time I see someone allude to it, it becomes more distant from the exact truth. I did not do it for epic lulz, and although I could have easily set up history's biggest Rick Roll, I didn't. I'm not that kind of person.

Alright. So. Imagine a world where there is no daily update on Brawl, and all you have is the E3 trailer and the Nintendo World trailer. This was back when any mention of the Dojo was just a mumble, just speculation, lost in the crowd of Geno and Sonic debates. Understand this. Embrace this.

I consistently saw people citing false information about Brawl, making things up, and so forth, and it was all getting a tad boring. With this in mind, I posted the fun fact sheet. No wait, let me back up some more. First, I posted a topic on GameFAQs saying I would be interviewing someone tied with the development of the game. If anyone were to ask me today (as my imaginary NDA would have expired, since people don't even question those things, no one really understands how they would work in this situation), I would have said Nate Bihldorff. Simple. So, instead of just pulling complete and utter bullcrap out of my butt, I told the GF users to submit questions for me to ask. People were already suspicious, and I applaud them for that. The SSBB community was much less gullible then, but much more vulnerable. So anyways, common questions back then were about alternate costumes, third parties, and number of characters. So, in one fell swoop, I answered the most popular questions using MOSTLY INFORMATION THAT WAS ALREADY AVAILABLE. That's right. The reason I was able to "predict" so many things is because I had so many obscure, but reliable sources to just sort of cop information from. For things that weren't the least bit addressed, I used common sense. Of course there would be multiple control schemes, Gamecube controllers were all but confirmed, and Nintendo would HAVE to have an option to play with the main controller. It was a matter of months before I was proven right, and the fact that there were 4 options of control, made me seem more credible...but again, I have gotten ahead of myself.

Shortly after I posted this sheet, which also included information about other Nintendo games, people were bent on discrediting me. This would lead to the longest, and ugliest revolt against a "leak", that I ever recall happening. Some guy, I forget his name, Soal2Soul or something, found my AIM and googled it. Now, don't be under the impression that this guy was some sort of super-sleuth. He wasn't. He literally just clicked my username on GameFAQs and googled the AIM SN inside. That led him to a friend's myspace. That friend's myspace led to a band myspace I used to be a part of in 8th grade. At first, people were under the impression that I was in middle school, but it got uglier. In the midst of all the photoshops of me, someone got a little too hardcore and posted my phone number and address, and birth information. He even said that the reason I did all that was to raise traffic for my blog for revenue (blog.com is free ><). It confirmed that I was 16, but this was nothing new. Anyone around for the original topic already knew that. Then I got pissed. He proceeded to spam comments on that same blog, on forums, and everything, posting his factual information (the fact that I was sixteen), along with absolute lies. This is the only reason my lie got blown out of hand. I apologize for being so immature, and the arduous months afterward, but I got mad. I refused to give up my position from then on. I knew no one could prove me wrong, at least for another few months, so I got stubborn. I went as far as to turn the tables on the guy who dug up my information, and found out that he had parental controls on his screenname, quite embarrassing for him, which he deserved, but I digress. Meanwhile, apparently, I was causing a ruckus throughout the net, including here. Again, I apologize. People even defended me, and if there is one thing I could change about the whole situation, it would be that. Anyone present might have noticed an unusual lack of thanks for my supporters, but that is because I felt deeply guilty anytime someone showed support for me. That is why I never thanked them. If you are one of the people who defended me until the end, just to be betrayed, know that I never meant for that to happen, and you didn't deserve it.

So anyways, for months, ESPECIALLY the day of the multiple control options update. June 8th was dubbed Nintendrone Day on GameFAQs because there were so many topics concerning me, the second ___-Day made because of me. The first, of course, being May Day. However, it was at this time, the time where I was most credible, that I felt the worst. So I simply decided to man-up. The end result is I have three kinds of e-mail guaranteed to be waiting for me everyday I check it: Flames, "leaks", and beggars. And whenever I post on GameFAQs, I get *****.

Ironically enough, I would later coin the term "prophet" in the context of Brawl in an argument where I was attempting to debunk someone. The topic went something like:

"I don't understand how people are doubtful when CoroCoro, a reputable magazine who has closer ties to Nintendo than most Nintendo employees, says November 22nd is the Japanese release date, but when a random person (DryBones22 or whatever, the first "Leak"er other than me) comes along and says he knows the roster, people are like "ZOMG PROPHET"

The replies went
"1. Roster
2. ???
3. Prophet"

C-C-C-Combo Breaker!"

And so on. Typical GameFAQs stuff.

Er....anyways. I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused, but I can assure you I won't do it again. By the way, the Prima leak thing...I don't run The Nintendrone blog anymore. Anytime I post, it says (Nintendrone) in the title of the post. I get tons of leaks everyday, but since I'm not an outright idiot, I know that they are all (probably) fake, so I don't bother posting. However, for whatever reason, the person who runs the blog now decided to post that particular rumor.

By the way, ShadowXOR is a phony.

I put him up to prove that he is a leaker, and has predicted a number of things correctly, even though he has lied. Thus, I'm not posting his summary, but I did add the link to the 5/20 blog post.

13. NyaseNya
A while back, we all thought NyaseNya was a fake, since she said there would not be another delay. Well, we might have been wrong. Thanx to Zoo-bellocks for finding some of her posts.

why cant all of you just wait for the game? its not that far off. only believe legitimate pictures and video, and nothing else. i knew it was a big risk to do the music, as it would make or break me. i didnt even feel like doing it that much anymore from the chore of posting each night and trying to think of cool information. i just ask we can all end this. everyone here is a fake, and thats that.

o yea, and the music? i edited it, not re recorded it. added some reverb and chorus sound effects, and up'd the bass to make it sound lower quality by overloading the sound.

16. One_Step87
One_Step87 is a member of the new Brawl Central forums and posted findings he supposedly received from a friend in Japan who works at Famitsu, that told him Super Mario Galaxy stuff that turned out to be true. Here's the post: One_Step87's Post

He has since deleted his post, claiming Nintendo told him to delete any and all info...

One_Step87 claimed that Animal Crosser was a playable character. However, Volume 5 of Iwata Asks has shed NEW light on this scenario: Assist Trophy Slide. Quite clearly, we see Animal Crosser was not even CONSIDERED to be a character at one point, in fear that a moveset would be hard to concoct. As a result, One_Step87 is DEBUNKED.


17. DBGTmax9909
DBGT managed to post a roster and say this before he was swiftly deleted by the GameFAQs Board Moderators:

Now, before you question the authenticity of my account, I want to make a couple things straight, this account is simply an alt account that I will use to my discretion. I will not say where or from whom this information was received. A final warning to those who don't want the game spoiled.

Notably, this roster contains almost every veteran, except for Dr. Mario, Pichu & Roy, who many believe to be cut from Brawl.

DBGTmax9909 stated that "leveled up" characters from the Subspace Emissary could be brought to other modes. However, Sakurai explained on the DOJO Update for Sticker Power-Ups that these would be restricted to Subspace Emissary only.

PORTRAITofRUIN has been credited with leaking Castlevania info in the past, but has supported the above two.

Serebii is well known as the webmaster of Serebii(dot)net, one of the internet's most prolific sites on Pokémon news, game data and the like. He is known for having sources in the gaming biz that allow him to report on the newest news, as well as have insider info on Pokémon games; and anything to do with Pokémon. He now is stating that he has proof that he has insider info on Brawl. He has been lurking around SmashBoards, commenting on a number of leaks, and personally, I have been a fan of him and his work since the days of Ruby & Sapphire, and trust him completely. However, as some SmashBoard members are skeptical, he must be considered a "leaker," much like those mentioned above. Here is a summary of a (SMALL) few things he has alluded to:

-PokéBall: Blaziken (Even though thealmightygoat was a fake, Serebii did not comment on his statement that Blaziken was a PokéBall)

Originally, it was assumed that Serebii was debunking any roster with Mewtwo in it...but could it be someone else?

-Character: Lucario
-Character: Jigglypuff
-Character: Pichu
-Character: Mewtwo

The four mentioned above are the most likely targets of suspicion, as Serebii only claims to have the Pokémon info about Brawl. Pikachu & PT are obviously in.

Melee's roster was beginning to get leaked way back in August, with the first character being confirmed being Ganondorf (I think via an interview), next was Luigi who was confirmed in an interview I think in September. There was much speculation as to whether Jigglypuff would be cut. Jigglypuff was not exactly popular among casual players, and many thought her to be a joke. However, around mid-October, there was a person claiming to know the entire roster. Many people accused him of being a fraud, a liar, etc. He confirmed that Ganondorf and Luigi were indeed hidden characters (some people said that the interviews meant nothing) and that Jigglypuff would be returning as a playable character. He also deconfirmed Wolf as a playable character. The "leaker" then said that he would not reveal the full-roster until a day before Melee's Japanese release. People continually called him a liar and a fake. So he instead decided to submit his story about knowledge regarding the Melee to some GameCube fansite.

This article appeared November 1st, about twenty days before Melee's Japanese release. People were shocked at what the contents were. Luigi, Ganondorf, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, and Falco were all believable (as well as Marth for the few people that actually knew him). However, what made the list seem like a complete and utter joke was the inclusion of Dr. Mario, Young Link, and Pichu. Mr. Game & Watch also made little sense to many people at the time. Also, many people confused Roy for Roy Koopa from the Mario series. Also, was the fact that more than half of the hidden characters were clones. Many people were upset to discover that Ganondorf was a Falcon clone. The vast majority of Melee forum goers were angry over this and immediately dismissed this as being fake, however, there were a few believers, much like how people who believe Ness is returning are being squashed right now.

This website immediately apologized for the article after the enormous backlash they received from it saying that the information being supplied to them could be very well be wrong. With this, many Smash fans sighed with relief knowing that the nightmare roster was a fake. However, the nightmare would soon resurface in a few weeks. About a week prior to Melee's release, screenshots of the demon roster started floating around the internet. Pictures of Dr. Mario, Pichu, and Young Link in battle were also around. Many of us thought somebody had too much time on their hands, and was doing this for kicks. There was also the point that Melee's clone boxes were misaligned, surely Sakurai's team would not do a sloppy job on the character selection screen. It was also pointed out that there were two empty space on the screen. A lot of people dismissed these screens as being an elaborate fake.

However, when people actually got their hands on Melee and confirmed the worst, many of the naysayers reluctantly accepted that the leaked roster was the real deal. Many people cursed, screamed, saying that they would boycott Melee and threatened Nintendo and HAL for this abomination of a roster. However, when Melee was released many people angers were put aside by how great Melee was.

As you can see, I would not be surprised if a similar circumstance happens regarding Brawl's roster. It is also the reason why I am treating many people who claim to have inside information cautiously instead of immediately labeling him or her a liar. Hopefully, the Brawl roster leak won't get as ugly as the Melee one did. Anyone have ideas as to when and how the Brawl roster will be leaked?

I happen to trust Serebii as the best source for anything pertaining to news about Pokemon, personally, I've been a fan of his since the days before Ruby & Sapphire's release. Perhaps I should change it to a yellow text, just in case.

He predicted that several pokemon would get evolutions, and he got them all correct. I have faith in rapscouter, as well as almightygoat & FForceSultan. You have to believe in them a little to organize their rumors in this magnitude :D

Yes, he was. Unless I'm mistaken, he leaked that a bunch of pokemon (electabuzz, tangela, lickitung) had evolutions in d/p.
And he was right.

what would make this a lot better is if you posted the dates of the original "leaks." that has a lot to do with their credibility. for instance, if they confirmed that wario had a trophy gun after we saw wario with a trophy gun, then it's not really a leak, is it?

No Square Enix means no Geno. That's false, because Nintendo still owns some of the rights to the character. I'm not saying he's in or out, I'm simply saying he doesn't count as a third party character.

Krystal is playable because she's on IMDB! Except not. She's an AT. And with that being said, IMDB can be edited, just like Wikipedia. Granted, it takes a few days for information to grow through, but it's still not a reliable source. 50 Cent as Epona is really all that needs to be said here.

And that leads me to the next point...Leon Kennedy. He's showed up on IMDB as well. While I can't de-confirm him, I can say that my source has heard nothing about him, and you can't take IMDB's word for it. Anyone could have edited that in.

Plusle and Minun are not playable, nor are they ATs, to my knowledge. The latter is not confirmed, though the former I can confirm.

The latest rumor, regarding the Dragoon Parts, is partially true. It's my opinion that the person who revealed such information DOES have a reliable source, but has chosen to throw in false facts with truth. Either that, or he just got lucky, but the Dragoon item would be a very very lucky guess.

The other rumor, with Knuckles being playable, Sylux playable, that random ninja character, and others is false. There is a little bit of truth to it(obviously guesses), but overall it's false.

As for Sheik, she's basically already been confirmed so I'll go ahead and reveal that one. Sheik is, indeed, back.

Wolf is playable. I didn't want to reveal this, but since all of you had a heart attack about no Krystal or Falco, I pretty much had to. This really isn't that hard to figure out, people. Krystal is not that big of a Star Fox character. She's only been around in the 3D gen, and the games she starred in aren't exactly loved by most Star Fox fanatics. She's like the Shadow of Sonic games, albeit much less annoying. Falco is a Fox clone...which would mean he'd need a new moveset. What kind of moveset would he be given? It makes much more sense to "replace" him with Wolf, which is exactly what happened. By the way, Wolf operates very different from Fox. He's...somewhat ninja like in his movements. He uses melee weapons rather than projectiles like Fox does.

Finally...the returning character is Ness. I figured I'd just skip to step 5 and really piss people off, because that's exactly what this will do. Many people have decided in their minds that Ness cannot possibly return. All I ask is that you remember Melee, because the same thing happened with characters like Young Link and Pichu. No one thought they could be in, but they were. And yes, I know what the Dojo said...and if you haven't figured out by now that Sakurai likes to play mind games with fans, there's no hope. Ness is in, and his moveset is different. I assume the reason for this is that his old moveset was originally meant for Lucas. Anyways, his movement is the same and he still has PK Thunder, but his other attacks are quite different. His Up+B is a pillar of fire...think Pikachu's down+B, except that it won't end up behind him if he's traveling laterally through the air. His Over+B is...some sort of energy attack that he throws. It looks similar to PSI magnet, but yellow...unfortunately that's the best I can desribe it. Finally, his down B causes him to crouch, and he surrounds himself with energy and launches himself as a projectile. Similar to Sonic's attacks, I guess. That's all I've been told, unfortunately.

Also, there was a great deal of questioning about Ness' moveset, which is obviously my fault for not proofreading. csaskater figured it out, though:

"EDIT: I just read back over what he said on Ness. He said he still has PK Thunder and that his ^B,<>B, and vB have changed. Note he said nothing of his standard B. PK Thunder could be moved to Ness' standard B."

Well, almost. PK Thunder is still Up+B, and the pillar of fire attack is regular B. I really don't know what I was thinking when I posted it; all I can guess is that I thought about the fire going up, and thus I absent-mindedly said it was Up+B. Sorry about the confusion.

And finally, the new character...Lucario. This one should have been pretty obvious. He's the most popular Pokemon from the new generation, and he's also been hinted at by various reliable sources. There was a rumor regarding Lucario replacing Mewtwo...it's part true, part false. Mewtwo is not playable, but in no way does Lucario "replace" Mewtwo in terms of his moveset. Lucario is much faster and agile, and more physical. I guess he plays somewhat like Fox, although his special moves are much different. His Up+B is similar to Mario's, probably Sky Uppercut. His B move is probably called Aura Sphere. He charges it, very similar to Mewtwo's Shadow Ball(perhaps the reason for the replacement claims?). Over+B is Extremespeed, a little weaker than Fox's but doesn't have as much delay. Down+B is Reversal, I'd assume. He defends himself, blocking some melee attacks and repelling projectiles incredibly fast. His regular attacks are much more physical. I've been told he's very powerful and quick, but can't take many hits. Of course, that is just my source's opinion.
