Yes I've seen those, in fact I linked that exact one in this thread. But 64 is boring to watch, and from my very little experience, boring to play. But I guess now I am starting to sound like the people who hate on brawl :\.

A one-line post is a post where there's only one line posted with no spaces between the words. Like just posting a link to a site and nothing else.

ex) "http:/www.smashboards.com" (one line post. It reaches the 10char minimum, but there are no spaces between the words.) INFRACTION

ex2) "Hey guys, how's it going." (Not one line post. Reaches 10char minimum and is not run-on) NO INFRACTION

ex3) "Yo sup" (does not meet 10char minimum, but is not a one-line post) INFRACTION

Also, if someone posts "No thanks" that's only 9 characters. You wouldn't be able to post it without posting something else or saying "10chars". Saying 10chars in considered minor spam, but there's nothing in the rules that says it's not allowed, therefore you wouldn't get an infraction for minor spam nor censor dodging.
