Oh i've played Moogle and Coach many times before. Its just in the past few months alot of others have been showing up in Huntsville alot.

Also if you could Moogle change my characters to Ganondorf/Marth.
Seems as though after coming back to smash from a long break has got me trying new people.

Well JWT i would play fox if it dint require all of those techniques to make him what he is, plus he's way to fast for me to control. I know you said something about Falcon being to fast but Fox is way faster in my opinion.

The combos are pretty technical. . . . . . . . . .It is hard for me to combo anyways. =(

I should just stick to Link cause I only have to know the n00b combo (uptilt to upair and does not require any tech skill lol).

Well for me Ganon is just fine to use. I dont plan on winning any tourny's anyways.
Marth is just there as my fall back character i suppose. Even though i could prob get alot better with him and do alot better, i prefer Ganon cause of his strength.

Holy crap, munkus. meta knight is literally jiggly clad in black armor and a cape!!! he has a RISING POUND. ****. i'm going to hate you sooo much when brawl comes out. meta knight is now looking appealing even to my eye. i always said he probly wouldn't be for me, but dayum, he's lookin pretty sexy. it'll all depend on how he handles now. my guess = floaty. but maybe not, cuz of the armourrrrr.

Minor Brawl rant: I hope Meta Knight isn't broken. He's starting to look overpowered. Shouldn't the most famous combatants be among the most effective?

Also, I actually had some practice for Coach's tournament yesterday while playing against another UIC dude. We each copied a different bad, yet well-known Fox player and now we're not as bad with Fox as before (which isn't saying much). In the spirit of copying his bad player of choice, his usual combo was Up Throw to Shine, which worked, but was the least damaging option. Then again, he was forcing himself to model Zelgadis.

Well, I tried imitating different Foxes for a while, but never really adapted my style much. I eventually settled on a dude called Eggz from California (though he mains Mario), which meant I had to do a lot of full jump neutral airs (which works surprisingly well, especially for edgeguarding a la Young Link). Our plan is to record our matches and put them on Youtube with the tags for Zelgadis vs Eggz. It should be epic.

Roy is definitely going to be my main, so maybe that will keep me on good terms with Mslano :-D

but i have picked up several secondaries in my quest to play every character (except yoshi and kirby):
Doc
Marth
Falcon
Fox
Ice Climbers

and now Sheik.

Next i'm aiming for DK, Mewtwo, Link, and Peach

and i really want to play pikachu, but i'm so terrible with him, i have no idea what to do with him.

Well, I'm still fairly adept at fighting Sheik, even though it takes way more effort for Ganon to get a kill than it takes Sheik to get one.

"Hey, check out this sweet A button - oops, I killed you."

As long as you're not a Sheik main, you still remain a person. Plus, you're doing for the greater good of being able to play Bottom Right Random Select.

I was thinking more about the silliness of Fox dittos and I believe we should have Coach's tournament over the winter break (which will start for me mid-December and end January 14 - holy crap is that ridiculous).

I remember seeing that he was from Washington, but I guess I only remembered that he was from the West Coast, which would make our eventual video more believable.

After our little exercise of exaggerating bad Fox habits of certain players, we actually had some decent matches. We're still not good Fox players, but it's much less embarrassing. I'm not sure how long this slight improvement in Fox ditto ability will last, so hopefully we can have the tournament soonish.

holy crap guys, i wave dashed in real life!! no joke! i was working like i do every morning and i was full of energy for some reason (i guess it's the fact that it's friday), so i hopped out of my UPS truck and when i hit the floor i slid perfectly forward without moving my feet and stopped right in front of the conveyer belt, then i grabbed a box and tossed it into the truck. wave land to back throw!!!

I've been in communication with Chris and it looks like Monday is definite for some Tuscaloosa Smash. I'll be heading down there that afternoon, so anyone there should clear their schedules that day.

Also, it looks like Tuesday night isn't great for me. My friend at home is proposing to his girlfriend at a surprise engagement party, so I'll be going to that. I could still play on Wednesday evening if that works for most people.

Now you just need to work on your power shielding/l-dodge. Tbh, I'd prolly just try some normal projectlies, like bows/guns/bombs before you move on to the lazers.

Alright Majist i'll keep the "Ganon Back Throw" in mind next time i send a very expensive product through the mail.... ( when my 360 broke and i sent it in it went through Fedex ).
That way when i send something through UPS ill know to put pain pills and a pillow and quite possibly some kind of neck or other body brace just incase my console suffers from a fracture .
