Wes is awesome. that's exactly why i love that guy. he's real. brutally honest. that's a quality i think all of us competitive smashers should have. it would definitely weed out all the jokers. i loved the comment about bombsoldier and laijin. that was hilarious - cuz it's TRUE

btw, i assume the usual is going on at your place, coach? i don't know if i can make it. i need to though. it's been a really long time since i played with you guys. how long is it now? at least 2 weeks. i hate school

Hey, I had an idea. If anyone who lives near Sensai is going to Relfex's thing on the 20th, then I could get a ride with Sensai to Hunstville, and then go the rest of the way with whoever. My grandparents who live in Atlanta could pick me up or whatever when the tournament is over.

Anyways i guess im done with SSBM cause of no players around here and no way to travel. You can keep my name on here cause when Brawl comes out ill get back into it. Plus Halo 3 is out and i can play it online which is alot easier for me.

today's update is kinda cool, except it doesn't show any of Lucas' attacks.
maybe that's for tomorrow's update.... i didn't expect there to be another earthbound character, but i guess i could have seen that one coming. there's gonna be sooo many characters for brawl. rob's gonna be so psyched.

edit: and yes, i am glad the tourney was fun kevin... i'm upset chris chose to set it for such a crazy weekend, but i guess it would make sense to throw it on an away game day, when nobody except me and munkus would go(except i didn't go to that either D: ).

@MacKendra: I am very psyched to see some Mother representation. Lucas's look will take some getting used to though (style over substance, I know). I don't expect to see Ness this time around and maybe, just maybe, his replacement won't be low-tier. Nine weeks, folks!

Smash tonight sounds mighty fine! Tonight will be the only night, though, due to the first French exam of the year on Thursday ( I have no idea what it will look like) and the Humanities paper on Friday, plus we're starting another lab in Physics. Thank goodness nothing is happening in math! Maybe Friday night, but we'll see then.

and i like playing falco, but i'm not good enough with him for him to be on my list...

OK, anomaly? there are dudes in your dorm that play smash bros. I know, because I played them.

But they are f*cking weeaboos. Weeaboos that suck at the **** game.

I started playing with marth, because they handed me a gimpy *** 3rd party controller to play with my first round (unless otherwise stated, all matches were 4 person FFA). I only chose marth because you don't exactly have to have finesse to fight with the duder. I won the first round with two stock, at Zelda's castle. I then got upgraded to a normal controller and chose mewtwo. I won every round after that except for one at yoshi's island (with the trap hole). At one point I chose jiggs and decided to try and get the majority of my kills via rest (fun times).

But there was this one kid, the biggest weeaboo, who would call the other players [theirname-san]. He kept talking passive aggressive trash. "Oh a marth user. I like being the best marth user." etc. Two of the guys left at one point to go eat some food, so I asked him for a 1v1. I chose jiggs, he chose falco. The place? Final destination. Four stocked him. I killed him twice with up-throw to rest,and he called it 'cheating' both times. Fun fun.

3) Did you take over 100% damage from the Falco? Or did he just not know how to play the game on a competitive level.

Not excatly, i mean that the tournaments that have been taken place in north AL are awesome and from what you guys say have pretty good turn-outs, but when i talked to the guys down there, they say that there parents words are these

"I'm not driving that far just for you to play some game"

and this is all around the wiregrass area. That's what i mean.
