bah the only reason i havent beat it yet is because im taking my time since i dint play the 2nd one. Plus im trying for 100% for the special ending, im also scanning everything too.

Scanning adds to percent finished? I thought it was only upgrades to the suit that did that...at least that's how it was in Prime 1 and 2....although there were bonuses for completing scans as well, like galleries n' stuff.

I dont exactly remember if scanning helped in Prime 1 or not ( never played Prime 2 ) but regardless if it does or not i scan everything i can just to be sure or not. Plus i read the Lore for the hell of it. I also take breaks from time to time to let my wrist rest for a bit.

Lol I forgot about that. No one in Boulder, CO knows about Piggly Wiggly, and one tournament I went to I happened to be wearing a "Big on the Pig" shirt, and everybody thought it was hilarious for some reason. It's my gimmick now whenever I go to tournaments up there. I know that everyone down here knows about it though...so now I'm a walking ad :/

Bloshi: I may be going home this weekend. Y'see, I bought an iPhone on the 31st and today (the 5th) they dropped the price by about 200 bucks...making the more expensive version 100 dollars cheaper then the version I got (which is being discontinued). So, I may be running home to return/exchange/whatever. Bleh.

And I doubt he'd let me take it outta his room. He seems kinda...douche-y.

ZOMG. Brawl Mario has a new move that does NO damage. And it uses FLUDD. That's two strikes.

It actually sounds broken edgeguarding wise (if you can aim it). Too bad mario tornado looks like it replaces one of his aerials, it kind of sucks for attacking.

Yeah, but I'm sure that the winged characters will just fly around it. I fear that this move will be like Ness's PK Flash in that it will keep Mario stationary and make him vulnerable while charging up FLUDD. It could be a good edgeguard, but I can't think of any other uses for it. Why would a combo character with limited approach moves want a move that pushes people away?

If they take away the cape, I'm probably going to have to find a new character. Snake & Zamus look particularly appealing. Then again, if I were looking for encouragement that the developers know what they're doing, I'd look at Yoshi. It looks like they're gonna improve his recovery and that shows that Sakurai is interested in at least trying to balance characters. On the other hand, it looks like he's giving everyone a spike (footstool jump) which may cheapen the technique's charm.

who knows what will happen, I'm sure mario will still be a fine character. He's the friggin mascot of Nintendo they're gonig to make him decent

Hey Wil, and Kevin, is the smash scene in UA worth a drive down from HSV? I might be inclined to visit if there's something going down. I do also know some lovely ladies in T-Town.

I just talked to a guy on thursday who, apparently, has smash nights every now and then with his friends (otherwise they play halo). He's going to give me a ring the next time they play.

well so far its just been me and anomaly, i dont think you've met him yet.
but hmm h-ville is what two hours away from tuscaloosa? yeah not too rough a drive. especially if we can get munkus and the other guys he's talking about

btw munkus, who's the guy you're talking about? I might know of him.

Also thief claims he's going to start up some t-town tournaments, but he's been real sporadic with updates about it, i think he's been busy.

I'm in Starkville MS which is about 90 minutes from Tuscaloosa so if anything major is going down let me know. Also I could probably make weekend Smashfests occasionally.

Especially if there is drinking/merrymaking involved.

rose towers is down the street from blount, you might be thinking about Paty.

To get to rose towers, you head down the hill (Mccorvey Drive) like you're heading towards the river...but take the last right before you hit Jack Warner Pkwy, you'll see it.

you need a card to get on the elevator so if someone can't let you on...just walk in the lobby, turn right and go past the elevators, and turn right back the back door, to go down the hallway where the stairwell is. go up the the second floor, and my room in 206...its the second one on your right i think.

if you can get on the elevator, just go to floor 2 and turn right twice and go down that wing. it'll be on the left.

Parking does open up at 6 if i'm not mistaken.
