BOUNCY ITEMS/SUPER ZOOM?

i think there is some thing wrong with the name and this glitch itself.
-it makes everything low gravity. (cough taunt with cough peach)
-it makes "super hit boxes," as i call them.
these super hit boxes are very peculiar.

they are a huge hit box that, apparently, sticks out over the entire screen off of parts of charecters that are part of their hit box, i.e. peaches dress gannon's cape, link's hat.

when you hit these super hit boxes, the attack is counted as hitting them, but, you cant be on a hitbox. you must be in FRONT of it, then the attack will hit them.

this is very unfair due to edgeguard insanity.
this makes play very confusing, espeacially if you have 4 peachs.

Hey guys,

I have Super Smash Bros v 1.2 and have an AR and access to the debug menu. I need it so that there are two characters on the screen, but one of the characters is completely invisible. Not 'cloaking device' invisible, but completely invisible. Is there a way to make it like this using AR or the debug menu? For example, I want it so that Fox and Falco are on Final Destination and Fox is completely invisible. So Fox can attack Falco while he is invisible. I need it like this for a video I'm making. Hope someone can help!

Thanks,
Preet

Regular Fox is better, super fox just has improved recovery but he can't use his shine as an attack! And it's like the BEST ATTACK! And the bob-bomb thing, no. The egg he throws doesn't count as an item or else you'd be able to catch it, therefore, it can't be replaced with another item. Now Peach on the other hand, can pull any item out of the ground, including warp stars, which looks pretty weird since you walk around carrying it until you drop it.

With crazy equipment and programs that my tiny brain could never begin to concieve. Translating though is done by decrypting, finding memory location, finding the hexadecimal difference, and then just re-encrypting it. And even if that sounds hard, it's still harder than it sounds in a lot of cases.

ok....interesting....i thought they would just try random codes :p

is there a way to make peach always get stitchface?

can you alter what 'item' link gets when he uses vB?

How do you modify peach and link's vB to pull other items? I saw the peach one, but it was in a strange format.

And somebody needs to make a super fox code that keeps the Shine in its normal glory.

With moveswap, I'd suggest trying to play as anybody with Luigi's move set. Simply running like Luigi looks hilarious with most characters, especially the bigger ones!

As for Link's bombs. There might be a way to alter the object that he picks up, but the main reason that the cheat for Peach works is that she already has a chance to pick up regular items while doing her D-B. So chances are you can't really do it with Link. And as for the always picking up a stitchface, there's almost certainly a way to get a cheat for that but as far as I'm aware, nobody has discovered it yet.

And lastly, if you want a cheat like this...

Peach pulls a Hammer V1.2
0411D0A4 38C0001C

Converted into this...

Peach pulls a Hammer V1.2
69FF-UUHY-1ZYAM
AKJR-TCM8-WCZN0

But don't want to do it yourself, just ask.

And absolutely lastly...

Move swap code V1.2
ZZ3R-A9E4-V57QW
TGD4-B2HQ-KW4VZ
AGGH-JRJB-9X82E
K7X9-CWZZ-74E6V

AN7Q-M50F-Z6MXW
KNZG-8G0U-MGQAY
KW6X-P0UP-R2XD7
W7QR-H5H3-K56DM
AG07-PD2M-4J6UE
ZXXM-08RJ-P7HPB

Somewhat less crashing with the move swap code V1.2
VHWA-E0K4-VX731
DAFF-74TH-3Y92E

That's right, move swap version 1.2. You may now begin worshipping me Lishy! (Not that I was the one who translated it, I just found it, wParam at ARCentral gets the credit for being the godly hacker that he probably is. Not that I know the guy. His name just shows up next to a lot of codes. I should probably shut up now.)

P.S. Almost forgot to mention. This code doesn't work exactly the same as the V1.0 moveswap. For Move Swap V1.2, you press up on the D-Pad to get the NEXT player's moves, which means P1 steals P2's move set, P2 steals P3's move set, P3 steals P4's move set, and P4 gets totally JIPPED!

It's because those codes in the "strange format" are decrypted. To have them encrypted into the format you put into the AR, get a program like GCNcrypt to do it for you.

The reason why those codes are listed in a decrypted format is because it's a pain to have the encrypted codes listed for each and every item.

-I've been playing with moveswap a lot today and it seems to open a whole new world of possibilities for screenschots. However, it's extremely hard to keep the game from freezing, thus forcing an AR reboot.

Oh, I get what your saying, so if it was in AR format it would have to be specific like "bunny hood 1 minute" or "P1 Kirby is a Smiling brick"?

you have to substitute the xx's for numbers or letters, then use gcncrypt, but my computer is too gae to use gcncrypt.
i mainly want the "generic take damage code"

Generic take damage modifier:
0408E244 38800xxx

xxx specifies what will now happen when you take damage:
00E - standing (no getting knocked back, sort of)
018 - jump (you do a little hop when you get hit)
02C - 'A' button attack (funny if you're standing right next to them)
108 - taunt (makes fighting difficult, but funny)
040 - down smash (can you say chain reaction?)
09C - screw attack (up up and away!)
057 - makes you always fall down
0E9 - Dodge towards attacker
0EA - Dodge away from attacker

once photobucket starts working again, im gonna get me a cool sig!

Download GCNcrypt Here!

The download should take approxamately... half a second. Then you just extract the file using Winzip(basicly just open the program you downloaded and double click on the file called "GCNcrypt.exe") and there you have it! Your very own encrypter/decrypter for all your Gamecube Action Replay needs!

But how do I encrypt the code?
First you insert the code in raw format on the left side, filling in the Xs with the desired values. Then you insert the game ID and the region and click "Encrypt". The encrypted and now useable version of the code should appear majestically on the right side. ie.

"Take damage modifier:downsmash when hit V1.2"

0408E244 38800040 l YEHD-2M6C-R8HZW
......................... l G9WD-DUHB-8AVBA
......................... l
......................... l
.............. _______ l _______
............. l Decrypt l l Encrypt l

Game ID: 0E2.... Region: USA

But how am I supposed to know what the Game ID is?

Simple. Where it says "Auto Identifier", you check the box next to it. Then you simply take any code for the game you have that's already been encrypted, put it on the left side, and click "Decrypt". The Game ID should fill itself in for you. Now if that sounds like too much work, then you're pretty darn lazy. But just incase...
Game ID:
V1.0: 004
V1.1: 0E6
V1.2: 0E2
PAL: 01E

But how am I supposed to know what region I'm in?
Usually I'd suggest a map, but those hackers thought of an easier way. When using the Auto Identifier, it fills in the region for you too. But if that seems too complicated, then you can go by this. If you can read this, you're probably using the USA version, if you can't, then it's probably the Japan version. Now if your region is PAL, then you should be able to figure that out yourself, seeing as how that's the version of your game.

there is no such code... you are jst a newb and got tricked into thinking that was was a coder, it was a human controled cpu using AR., either with debug mode, or with a cpu swap code.

EDIT: and they don't learn, it's not in the coding.

Does some of the v 1.0 - 1.2 Move swap codes work in PAL or does it have its own code for that?
