A silly little sub-hack for anyone in a silly mood...

AWSOMEBRAWL: Bcuz pro.​

So anyways yeah, I'm making a small silly sub-hack of Brawl+ (they're 100x as awsome as I am, though) where each character* has an inherently broken factor called a Special Effect (listed below); we are obviously not trying to balance these effects, as this sub-hack is not meant to be as balanced as other hacks. As such, random little buffs are also (mostly) welcomed as long as they make some sort of sense.

So yeah, there you have it. Special Effects start now! (If a character is not listed, his/her/its/potato's Special Effect is up for consideration.)

* - The exception is Metaknight, who is now about 60% of Kirby's weight (like he should have been from the beginning) and a Mach Tornado change similar but likely not identical to Balanced Brawl's MetaKnight.

:mario2: & :luigi2: : Jump Men (Their footstools deal 2% and meteor smash harder than any other footstool)
:sonic: : Spin Jump (His jumps deal damage in a similar way to Screw Attack jumps, though it's not identical in how it deals damage; for example, the hit type is Slash, and it does not knock Alloys away as the real Screw Attack does)
:fox: : Concealed Firearm / Reload (Successfully performing Fox's side taunt puts a fully loaded Ray Gun in his hand, regardless what might have been there)

I wouldn't mind a for-fun hack where characters have broken super powers, but for God's sake, make the first post less stupid. If it weren't 5 AM right now, you would have lost my support for this project before I even got to the list of powers, just based on your introduction alone.

In the event, "Jigglypuff Live!" whenever jigglypuff uses sing while on the main screen, it puts everyone else to sleep.
Change it so jiggs puts everyone standing on the ground to sleep when using Sing, which makes complete sense instead of a tiny little "singbox."

Give samus 5 jumps. She's the most deserving of all characters in brawl for them other than the Kirby trio, as she actually has infinite space jumps.

Make it so samus can do her Up B infinitely, link can only jump when he runs off the side of the stage, and all the poke's can only do each move 20 times before struggling and taking damage.

How?

Well, thanks for answering a question meant for someone else; anyways, I could do that by making the "singbox" ridiculously big, since only people on the ground can fall asleep anyways. And I like Samus having a few extra jumps.

I know she's got Space Jump and that's kind of what the above poster said, but how would Link not being able to jump and the Pokemon thing you suggested be buffs? (BTW, Link can jump in the 2D Adventure of Link game.)

For Lucas and Ness turn their neutral B's into PK Lifeup so that it regenerates the health of whoever it hits. Ness's doesn't need to heal more as he can use an uncharged one that will hit him anyways, so I would say make them heal relatively the same amount.

Give mario/luigi/wario a triple jump.

regular jump, landing, if x/y pressed during landing slightly higher jump, landing, if x/y pressed during the landing of THAT, HUGE jump using the mid-air jump animation

That's how you would make it, I assume...

Get rid of that stupid face and those "lyrics", and type the rest of your words correctly. Then I'll be able to take this topic seriously.

On another note, I like the idea of Jigglypuff's sing affecting the whole screen. It could easily be done in PSA just by increasing the size of the hitbox.

Awww... but the face iis like our logo... that's why it's called AWSOMEBRAWL.

But if no one else likes it, I guess there's no point in keeping it. I will take those lyrics off and put them in another post, though.

EDIT: Also, "bcuz pro" is sort of our slogan; according to how I've heard it used, it's a way to address a "why" question you don't want to answer.

Falcon Punch's "flaming falcon" visual effect fires out like a projectile.

EDIT:: Oh, Falcon Punch is a OHKO on the PAWNCH hitbox, dealing 999%, and the flaming projectile does like 50% damage, weakening slightly as it flies off.

Pikachu = Static Shock ability. If he starts running around, a stunning hitbox is raised around him that flashes quickly every second.

marios cape gives him a better boost in the air, his fireballs keep bouncing and never disappear until it hits or goes offstage.

ganondorf - true sword ganon + a ranged hit box that looks like a surge of darkness using dark GFX.

jigglypuff rest heals her and its a little bit faster

Make Luigi's dash attack his tripping animation, but with broken damage and knockback. :D

ivysaur taunt is synthesis and heals . grab pummel is drain and it heals also :)

king dedede change tripping into his dash attack so if he trips it damages :D

Make Manaphy come out of Pokeballs 50% of the time. Seriously, I've seen her ONCE, and her effect was SO MUCH FUN!!!

Also, perhaps have Lucario's Force Palm paralyze people, like it's supposed to. And why does his Up+B (Extremespeed) not do damage!? It should have slash damage! XD

I actually hoped I could give Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard proper Down-B's and switching activated by Side Taunt... then I realized their files can't be opened by PSA yet. :C

But the DDD thing is quite an idea; I'll definitely consider it.

I like the idea of this project. =D

Alas, I don't believe I have control over specific Pokemon odds yet. There should be a "Pokemon X always comes out" code somewhere, so you can have fun with that.

What do you mean by "paralyze"? Like the graphics doing ZSS stun damage? Also, Extremespeed damaging is one of the few changes I was going to do either way (along with giving Falco a holdable Reflector and maybe give Yoshi his double jump back if he gets hit on his way back to the stage).

that olimar sideb thing might not be a good idea due to pikmin desync :o ...if anything make the pikmin auto jump so you dont have whistle for them to jump back and then give whistle some other effect? small electric stun?

for pokemon downb , when PSA can do it-
Squirtle change watergun into downb and b into water pulse
Ivysaur - stun spore? make em get stunned/sleep with flower status
Charizard - Overheat/Magma Storm pillars of fire burst in front or around charizard midair use would be fire graphics ripple around

THIS^ except that it's not 999% damage but maybe 15% on range and 45% on contact with the hand

oh and

Maek Lucario have 5 second Extreme Speed

Zsamus's paralysis is better than what I had in mind. I just mean it would cause something like the "dramatic pause" that occurs whenever someone gets stomped by Ganon's down-air.
