A New Discovery vs the Tornado

It has been discovered that a pivot grab can successfully beat the tornado without taking any damage. If you run away from the nado then turn and do an instant pivot grab you will successfully grab MK out of his tornado.

This works even if the tornado is coming towards you. It has been tested with almost every single character, including the IC's who have a worse pivot grab than pika and it worked successfully.

Nice. I looked at the OP in the tactical section, and K Prime's pivot grab on the 'nado with Ness was seriously sexy.

Does this work on both grounded and airborne tornadoes? Also, does it work during all frames that the hitbox is out, or only when it's at its weaker points? I would try to find the answers myself, but I only have two hands to work with.

In any case, it's nice to have more options versus MK's most annoying move ever.

In THAT video mk breaks the tornado before he is grabbed but it doesnt matter because it can and has been done with an unbroken tornado many times, we just need a better vid
