Thank you! It works now. :p

Not sure why it didn't before as I had the files properly named. Might wanna check the .rel file on Brawl Vault? That might be the issue.
Yeah, I'll check the ones I uploaded. Were you using the one included in the M or M+ version?

Also: as a generalized question to everybody: For Jungle Japes, would everyone prefer the stage having a ceiling under it (as the original stage had), or not (more like Kongo Jungle 64)? I might just make two versions, but I'm interested in what people want. And, one more thing, as per a request I received on BrawlVault, I updated my Skyloft M to have a version with no platforms, if anyone else wants that.

I tried both versions.

Personally, I'd say make it have a ceiling.

Hmm... Testing the downloaded .rels for both seems to work for me anyway, but if anyone else has trouble with this please inform me!

Alright! Since the version without a ceiling will take pretty much no effort after the ceiling one is complete, I'll just do both versions! I'm aiming to release sometime over the next week, just have some minor color issues and more major collision fixes to iron out! Stay tuned!

Finished Jungle Japes M! I'm pretty proud of the final result, especially considering that Jungle Japes is easily the hardest stage I've had to work with due to how the original model was set up! Here's a link, and as always, leave any feedback here in this forum.

Up next, as requested earlier, is Cookie Country, and then (if all goes well) a fancy 3.6-ified version of one of my older stages.

Also, there is no video for the stage as of right now, as my video capture software's been bugging out, but I should hopefully be able to fix that sooner than later.

EDIT: And, one bonus update, Cookie Country is progressing even faster than I anticipated, could be another release this week!

Hey soopercool101, I just wanted to say I love your work, your stages are amazing! I was also wondering if you have considered creating a M version of pm's infinite glacier? I love the way that stage looks, and I know you could do an amazing job at making it competitive!

Thank you for your hard work!

I definitely have considered it. I recall hearing that there was going to be an official competitive version of the stage available for download back before 3.5 dropped, but I don't think I've seen anything on it since. I could certainly do that though! (And I will, because why not).

Off the top of my head, I'll remove the transition (meaning no water, no wind effects, and no fish), make the center platform not drop, and make an unbreakable moving platform. Am I forgetting anything?

Thank you for your consideration! I am so hyped for this!!! The only thing you did not list was the slippery ice effect. What is your opinion on those little cloud platforms that come around on the top of the stage? Do you think you would leave those in, or maybe make them optional?

Love the stages, just a heads up though, Cookie Country M links to Casino Night
Whoops! Good catch there, fixed it!

Ah yes, the ice. Definitely can remove that. As for the cloud platforms, completely forgot they existed, haven't played on that stage in forever! I can most certainly make them optional.

I think it'd be a good idea to also have a version with slippery ice (still with no water, fish, etc.) as that's a pretty unique and fun trait for Infinite Glacier! :)

I was actually planning on doing that, and now I have a reason to!

Finished the requested Infinite Glacier edit! (BrawlVault | Modulous)

There is one minor glitch in this stage; when a match ends (at least on dolphin) the sky will flash white (which is noticeable in the video). I couldn't figure out a fix, but it doesn't affect gameplay at all so for now I'm leaving it in.

I still have some upcoming plans, but as usual I'm always open to requests if you leave them here, as well as any feedback you may have.

Finally, due to the many, many problems with BrawlVault, I'll be hosting all my mods on both the vault and Modulous from now on. (I'll be rehosting all my old mods there when I find the time as well)

HYPE! I cannot wait to try this! I am going to download right now and test it out! Thank you so very much for making this stage!

EDIT: Wow, this stage turned out awesome! I see what you are talking about with the white flickering at the end of a game, however it is really not that bad. I cannot wait to see what awesome stages you make in the future! Once again, thank you for taking my stage request, and God bless!

I was going to do it... but I sort of forgot about it :p
I'll eventually release it along with a version for Brawl users, but it will just be a stationary version with no other changes (i.e. the breakable platform and stuff will remain).
I'm also pretty sure I know how to avoid the white flashing glitch, so once I release my own stationary version, you should be able to port your changes to that one to fix it.

If you could fix that flashing glitch, I'd be in heaven! :D That's my only minor gripe with the stage. :p

I know it's an issue with my method of removing the stage transition, I just need to figure out how it could be fixed. (Because I currently have no ideas that I haven't tried yet)

Hey everybody, just wanted to drop a little update! I'm sorry to not have updated in a while, I started a new job and have been busy with that among other things. I have a little thing to share that I hope to be able to release in a week or so though:

I've been wanting to make a competitive stage that is still unique in some way, and hopefully Windy Hill Zone will be able to do that. As usual, I'm always interested in feedback and suggestions, and even when I don't appear active on here, I still come to lurk every so often, so feel free to do those things I just said!

This looks awesome! :D Of course, so long as the stage doesn't lag in doubles, I feel what you have is great! :)
I don't believe it will lag on doubles (though I will do tests once I'm finished), but there are one or two reasons this is still a WIP. For one, the shader on the main stage is really bad, and makes the entire thing look washed out. Secondly, the collisions are pretty much entirely unfinished (which is really important).

Glad that you like what I have though!

I'd gladly include it in my custom build if you could finish it in a couple of days! I'm almost finished! :p LOVE your stages! :)

I'll see what I can do! Not sure quite yet how difficult the shader problem is gonna be to solve.

MUCH LATER EDIT: Very. It's very difficult.

I made another stage finally! And it's absolutely none of the ones I've been teasing! YAY!

Two Ice Climber stages back to back, because I felt like it. Icicle Mountain M is now downloadable from the links in the OP.

Pretty cool new stage! I really look forward to the Sonic level getting finished! :D
Which should hopefully be soon-ish! The shader issues have been quite difficult to solve, however. I'm thinking of keeping the base idea of the stage and giving it a Chemical Plant Zone skin to hopefully make it look much more polished!

I love that idea as it will separate it further from just another balanced stage. Make it look a bit more unique, while keeping it a nice Sonic stage! :D

Yeah, I was originally thinking of making it Green Hill, but there's already about a million of those already. Chemical Plant is somewhat less common, and also I love the theme.

I just realized that's been my main motivation for making both of the Sonic stages I've balanced now.

I did manage to find a bug on an older stage of yours.

In the How To stage that was remastered, the 2 platform one (it might happen on others) has a "hole" on the left side of the stage. That lets you move through the stage, and if you make it all the way through, you stop moving and are back on stage as if you wavelanded. Might want to check collisions. Haha

Ooh that's not good. I'll get right on that! What character did this happen with?

I was playing as Yoshi. Just was working on perfect wavelands on different stages. So I dropped down to where I could DJ and hold right to perfect WL. But I go through the left side of the stage.
Alright, I'll check the collisions out then!

I have a request that I feel will be very difficult due to how irregular the stage is. Corneria M.

Late reply, but I am eventually probably gonna do that in some form

Also, Great Bay M has been released! Link in the OP. It's made as a part of Project M XP and is included as the Legal Great Bay in Project M XP 1.4.

The stage looks cool but there's a couple instances of characters clipping through the stage to their deaths in that video which made me nervous. Ganondorf's third death and then Link going through the edge of the stage with his down-air especially.
