I updated Casino Night Zone with a better Stage Name file, but I feel that isn't enough reason for people to redownload it, so here it is.

Oh dang, I'm getting that too. And I left the original files on my other computer, which I don't have. If anyone still has the uncorrupted zip file, please send me a message!I'm having some trouble with Casino Night, when I extract the file, I only get an empty folder and it shows an error D:
Thank you! I will upload your file to the brawlvault post when I'm on my laptophttps://www.dropbox.com/s/p6lpanszbvazo2f/Casino Night Zone.7z
New zip made of the Casino Night files
You're welcome! I'm glad you said something before the file got reported on Brawlvault!Yep, it works fine now. Thanks for the fix :D
Then don't replace the Melee Final Destination! This hack is primarily for those of us with the stage expansion pack, but it can also be placed over nearly any other stage with the proper rel!But why would you want to play on the Brawl FD? Especially since the Melee version is way cooler!
Why not have both with ASL?Also: To everyone, remember how I said I might be able to release some minor stage hacks? Well I made one. A completely balanced version of Brawl's Final Destination.

I don't see any problems with them, but go for it, if you want! I'll update the file (and try not to corrupt it this time around).I think I'm going to go back and make better icons for your Luigi's Mansion stage; I don't like the ones I gave you as much now that I look at it.
Added to the main file! Old icons are still included as alternates. Here are some revised icons as promised.
Guess I'm just being nitpicky
Thanks for the information. I knew about the strange background flashing, and I'm currently working on finding a fix. As for the issue with Snake, are you talking about pulling out your grenade while standing far away from the mine, or standing on top of it?I've found 2 bugs with New Pork City (when replacing P:M Fourside). One is the strange yellow flashing background. The other is a glitch on Snake's downsmash mine, where if you place it somewhere near the middle of the stage (I think in between 2 squares, might need to try it out several times) and get your grenade out the mine explodes.
Other than that, I'm enjoying Onett and I'm going to try out Luigi's Mansion!
I've personally never had issues with New Pork City M, but granted I use it ported over an expansion stage slot. Thanks for the information. And I'm glad to hear you're otherwise enjoying my stages
So do I, but I still see a good amount of background glitches seemingly due to the camera (probably because New Pork isn't used to close-ups)I've personally never had issues with New Pork City M, but granted I use it ported over an expansion stage slot.
Yeah, now that I try it, it is. Strange. The snake mine thing is a global P:M bug. Not just on your stage.
Yes! I found that extremely annoying myself. The stage now extends as far as the camera!I've been waiting for someone to get those super smash land stages up and going! I always thought they were so cool, and had such potential, just the black outline surrounding them always made them unplayable :/
PS did you get rid of the black border surround the stage?
Wow, that's a lot of ideas! xDBelow are some Idea's I had that I was eventually going to implement myself(still learning PSA, CSS and SFX first) so feel free to follow through with them if you want
Super Smash Land Reboots:
would like to see rebooted(with fixed borders):
Hyrule Castle: Raise the right so there is no wall there, potentially make the stage a little longer to the right and add another platorm at battlefield height
Clock Town: Fix the Camera, slightly raise the bottom platform up a few inchs and make it flat as opposed to curved as it is. potentially add a second tent platform on the right, matching the one on the left. Make it so you can't land on/tech/bounce off of the spinning balls on the clock.
Super mario Land: Make the platforms fall-throughable and move them downwards a bit. make the base of the level a little wider as well.
Potentially do something to make this stage playable(such cool textures): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueSnGjwwqrw
Reboot this Stage with the moving platform, but remove walk off's and take out the pit in the middle( replace with one main platform in the middle) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYweG0_dEjk
libertyme has so many cool 2d textures that would make great playable stages! I still might end up doing this one day, but I'm ages away from doing it(if I ever do), so please feel free to use these ideas if you want!
I have a verison of saffron city thats competetive in my build, and I took it from this build http://smashboards.com/threads/3-15...-build-of-rage83-changelog-and-update.348419/Wow, that's a lot of ideas! xD
I certainly wouldn't mind doing more Smash Land stages in the future. Hyrule Castle and Mario Underground seem like definite interests of mine, and I would certainly enjoy making more of these. As for the last two, I typically balance stages from games I've played, and I've played neither. That being said, neither of those stages are off the table, as both of them look certainly interesting, and would probably be fun to do! I want to do some different stages before I work on more Smash Land ones though.
With that, the next stage that I'm working on is none other than Saffron City! I was surprised to find that no competitively viable version of this stage existed, so I started work on it myself! You can find a preview in the main post.
If it's not in the main post, I haven't balanced it! And I have not balanced either of those stagesHello! I don´t know if you´ve already done a Balanced Corneria stage but i would love to see that!!
Also a Balanced Lylat Cruise stage if you can of course.
The first one sounds cool, but i need to know if it will be a random gaint platform with other 2 plattforms moving around or how?If it's not in the main post, I haven't balanced it! And I have not balanced either of those stages
For Lylat Cruise, I don't really think I could balance it any more than the one already in Project M (which removed the tipping of the stage).
Corneria, on the other hand, is something I've been wanting to balance for a while, but I've been having some difficulty in figuring out how to go about it. I can remove the random Arwings no problem, but I can't exactly just take out the giant tailfin that is so prominent on the Great Fox. My two ideas on how I might balance the stage are as follows:
1) Make the fighting take place on a group of floating platforms flying next to (or replacing) the Great Fox or
2) Make the fighting take place on one of the buildings in the background (perhaps with some background Arwings to spice things up)
If either of those ideas sound good (or if you have a better one you think would work) please tell me, and I'll see what I can do!
I'm not sure yet, but I'll figure that out. It will definitely be a random giant platform, and some non-battlefield fair arrangement of platforms that I'll figure out more as I go.The first one sounds cool, but i need to know if it will be a random gaint platform with other 2 plattforms moving around or how?
Maybe include the small flying ships as temporary platforms (without the hazards for competitive).Corneria, on the other hand, is something I've been wanting to balance for a while, but I've been having some difficulty in figuring out how to go about it. The problem with doing that would be that the Arwings would be able to take the fighters with them off the screen, which would be unbalanced.Maybe include the small flying ships as temporary platforms (without the hazards for competitive).
If you do a Sector Z version, maybe do asteroids instead.
Well it doesn't have to be. They can fly in the same spot or in a pattern (e.g. moving between left and right like Smashville, or in an arc like Green Hill Zone, or like Randall the Cloud). The problem with doing that would be that the Arwings would be able to take the fighters with them off the screen, which would be unbalanced.
