I'm going to start maining Mii Gunner because I think he has untapped potential as a low-mid tier. Watching ROM play him the other day and my enjoyment of his 1111 set have inspired me to pick him up. I'll probably be playing on Anthers with him and might start going to shockwave.

Some brief commentary: Let's not take away huge implications from one weekend. Bayo having a bad week and Cloud having a good week does not "shift" the meta. We'd be having a much different discussion if VoiD had beaten Tweek game 5, if Hiro hadn't lost his loead vs. Aba, if Ikep hadn't SD'd vs. Ranai, if DKWill had won game 5 against Ned, etc. Komorikiri is the only player who more or less trudged through untouched sans his two losses to Tweek.

Same thing with ZeRo winning; One game away from being sent to losers by Larry. A better implication of dominant performances tends to be when a player effortlessly cleans through a bracket.

Can you add Toon Link to Jerm? From his stream matches he pulled out Toon Link on game 5 during Javi (won) and Karna.

EDIT: Going by your list, if whispy and megafox got 7th place, then does that mean Hakii (Lucas/Mewtwo), BC (Villager), GrimTurtle (?), and Archos Vulpes got 8th place?

Whispy also plays Diddy, i did not know he plays Jigglypuff.

Last I remembered, Whispy does have Puff, but I think it's more of a secondary than anything.

I feel good about it knowing that the guy I was really close to beating R1 (Pikachow) is on the verge of Top 32, at least

Yeah, even with the results that she's gained, Bayonetta doesn't really come off as broken so much as she's just an all-around good character with few mitigating weaknesses. For all the good WT and her access to amazing combos do, killing with her can be difficult and against most characters isn't all that easy, especially when you can easily bait out WT use entirely (That's actually why I dropped my attempt to learn her shortly when she came out).

Like @NotLiquid stated in the last page, however, the case for people ceasing their cries of her being banned won't settle down anytime soon primarily because they simply don't want to deal with her and learn the MU or don't play a character who can actually stand toe-to-toe with her. This is coming from someone who plays three of the characters who're considered bad MU's for her (Ironic, in that they're all at least low High to Mid tier, as well). I've noticed that Luigi does really well against her, with considerable thanks to her FF nature and easily combo'd status with his "Grab into YOLO" setups my friends know them as.

Here are the Uthrow>Uair %s where it both works as a 50/50 with no rage and kills. Optimal DI is away+jump if your character is not on this list. It will never work on you. If you don't DI and/or choose to airdodge your stock is fair game.

Didn't know you could footstool off that animation but it makes sense, id love to see what combos can be done with this.

Imperative that I mention Sheik players should BE CAREFUL while going for this at higher %s. The old 50/50 was almost risk free, but with this one you're practically right next to them if you guess wrong. Cloud/M2/Bayo Dair are all extremely dangerous around 90.

I mean the only thing I can think of is Seth at showdown where he defeated Day and I believe Dath(could be wrong) and went game 5 Vs Javi. Even then there is no way Yoshi is top tier.

Anyone who has a crippling mu against cloud the way yoshi has shouldn't be a top tier tbh. The only use I can see for the dinosaur is a counterpick like what Kame did against Anti at ZeRo saga because who honestly knows the mu at all at the top level? (tho kame had to switch back to MM because the threat of cloud).
