the truth is, my parents really won't mind how long we're up playing smash on the saturday, so if people want to stay longer, they have the option to stay longer. Id like the singles and doubles done by like 10

What?

A Canadian Melee tournament, can host up to 40 people if that many come. The space is available.

Venue/Rent Fee - 5$
Melee Singles - 10$
Doubles - 5 $ (per person)

I'm keeping doubles at a lower price, just so this day will fit nicely at twenty bucks.

If I see a large enough amount of interest and a list confirmed of entrants, I will consider coming.

In other words Ayaz, inform all the Melee players on Niko's list of what's going down in order to ensure people actually know about this event, and put together a list of confirmed entrants afterwards to ensure maximum hype. =p

Edit: Here you go, the list of interested Melee players from OiN. I'll try to hype up the tournament today at the UWaterloo smashfest and get some of our good, but unknown, players out here.

Yo, about housing........ My parents probably won't keep count of how many people are staying the night, so long as they can sleep....... so housing will be available for EVERYONE!

they're heavy sleepers too, so we just need to calm down at around midnight then we can start up rough housing later.


Also, I have a BBQ that is operational all year long in my garage so if people buy meat at a store, feel free to cook some up.
