yes to both. scroll lock off though? ive only played with that for a couple days, ill have to get better at using that...last tetris attack game i played was pokemon puzzle leage, which i dont believe had that feature.

ken made the divisions for FC3 between states and kentucky and missouri were part of midwest. If anyone can find that thread and confirm that would be awsome

heh y not just look at the descriptions of the regions in regional zones it says exactly where the divisions begin and end. for example. MW is from OH west to montana, southwest is TX, OK , and the four corners states, and then atlantic south is NC south to FL and west as far as Louisiana.
