    Subscribe to T-Series. memes aside, they make some genuinely good music and are much more deserving of the top spot than somebody who just shows off sub-par memes (if you wanna see a REAL meme channel, look up SiIvaGunner - actual effort goes into those videos.)

    I feel the people who say Ninten should be an echo probably have no experience with the Mother series, or like the latter two games and made the grave mistake of overlooking Beginnings for one reason or another.

    I think if any non-gaming character is gonna get in, it'll probably be a pre-gaming Nintendo rep like Joker, Mini Kangaroo or President, which even then is highly unlikely.

    one thing to note about the Poochy/Porky/Ado/Sylux in Smash conspiracy theories: EarthBound, Kirby and Metroid all only have 2 remixes, while Yoshi only has 1. the DLC is said to come with multiple music tracks per character.

    the Sylux/Pokey/Poochy/Ado spirit theories are interesting. I would love Poochy and Adeleine, but Sylux and Pokey I couldn't care less about (saying that as a huge Mother fan!)

    that being said, nothing is definite until confirmed (or leaked - then again, since that Grinch leak I'm not sure what's real and what's not!)

    he's still a stage hazard on Great Bay unfortunately. keep in mind I said "hazard", a crucial part of the stage which can't be removed like say, Dedede in the background of Dream Land 64.

    yeah, I love what they did with DH in Smash. pretty much everybody prior to Smash 3DS' release imagined Duck Hunt, or "Mr. Peepers" as we called him at the time, to look like this: https://i.imgur.com/pbJPHlG.png based solely on the laugh sprite alone, but if you look at the other sprites you'll see he's actually just a dopey doggo, which they did a great job of portraying in Smash.

    Safebuster, the game represented in Mr. Game and Watch's new forward air, was never released in Japan, meaning Mike Jones has a (slightly) better chance of appearing in a future installment. I've never played Startropics so Mike in Smash wouldn't particularly interest me, but I think that's worth mentioning for all his fans.

    EventHubs' anti-Waluigi bias is somewhat baffling. how can you hate a character so much you want to make thousands of articles about him? and why are people eating it up? it's like those people who make poorly animated videos of Caillou getting grounded for infinite years for trivial wrongdoings, it's confusing.

    a lot of people say a character being obscure is a reason they shouldn't get in, but I class it as a point TOWARDS a character! on the flip side, I'd class relevancy as a point against a character!

    as glad as I am to have Banjo and the Chorus Kids (I'm not even a fan of either franchise, I'm just looking forward to their movesets!), I'm still a little ticked off about Mach Rider. there's so many awesome characters in Nintendo's forgotten past, yet they choose Mach Rider? why not Muddy Mole? Excitebiker? maybe even Mr. Stevenson? the only way I'd see Mach Rider as a unique character is if he was to be on his bike at all times, which even then, Excitebiker would do way better with oil slicks and ramps.

    i disagree, Nintedo, in my opinion, is just fine. I'm absolutley satisified without any of the newcomers, I like there inclusions, of course, but Sakurai didn't have to, and I think he's working too hard to add them.

    I've started to warm up to the idea of Mach Rider, even if I'm a little salty about him getting in over Excitebiker

    if Mach Rider is depicted as male in Smash Ultimate, I'll headcanon him as being a trans boy (in Mach Rider's arcade port, there was a screen where a woman would appear in Mach Rider's place as you beat levels, it's never stated whether this character is one and the same as Mach Rider, but I've always interpreted them as the same)

    I really hope the Snapchat leak is fake. BK and Chorus Kids are cool and all, but Shadow? he hasn't appeared in a good game since... ever! also, Mach Rider is quite possibly the most boring NES rep imaginable. Excitebiker would be way more interesting.

    I would rather have Primarina than Decidueye or Inceneroar honestly. a mermaid character would be really fun, even if not as fun as a snake character.

    There are two obscure games I grew up on with "Life" in the title and "D" as the first letter that ended up having really dark endings (albeit in a sequel in one of them's case), Drawn to Life and Dog's Life. this fact will be completely useless to everybody, including myself, but just thought it was interesting.
