    Thats the problem. he gets punished way too easily. The fact that he has moves that either can't be followed up or totally leave him open gives him a huge disadvantage.

    To me a strictly defensive falcon would be the best falcon. Only pulling off the right moves at the right time at a steady pace.

    when i play as CF in friendlies, i usually approach, pull off a flubed knee combo and then use a falcon dive or raptor boots to get the opponent away. Then i run back and approach again. This is how don't get punished as much. The only problem is that this is very time consuming, and can fail if your opponent catches on. sigh...

    Yeah i love pulling of b-airs on tall characters. Quite fun.
    I noticed that probably the most unexpected think that an opponent would recieve is a SHFF u-air. It'll barley hit but is a great launcher. At about 0-5% you can follolw up with an uptilt quite easily.

    The opponent would ussually be expecting a knee or dair.

    i guess it could, i mean if you do find out what this is, if it turns out to be true, it can help every character in the game, not only falcon!

    interesting............regardles I'm starting to care less about the L-cancel because if you look at it Falcon doesn't suffer from too much lag, like when playing Ally he was FF his Dair's at me and I couldn't do much about it

    Attention all "Show Me Ya Moves!" tournament goers: the tournament is still going on. I've noticed a lot of you have been active but not in the tournament. I realize I screwed up and pushed this back a week, and a lot of you probably don't care or feel up to it anymore. I understand.

    However, brackets are still up and some of your opponents are waiting. If you don't want to participate in the tournament anymore, please reply to ME or on the tournament thread that you are dropping out. Some of the members that wish to keep participating will deeply appreciate it.

    I know you'll get in. You deserve more recognition. In the past week you have showed us things that have helped Falcons metagame quite a bit.

    Go to your user CP, look along the left side and find "group subscriptions." You'll then see a bunch of things you can apply for. For you, i recomend the smash back room( its in purple). If you get your request approven then you can change the color of your name to purple, and instead of it saying "smash lord" under you name it will say "smash elitist"

    If you are in the smashback room then you can presnt your ideas about the game. You can provide facts about the game ( such as the numerous combos you have discovered) and you have somewhat of a say in the tierlist.

    You deserve to be in there.
