    I haven't personally made any textures (except for a red squirtle that looks pretty badass, but that was just color replace, nothing special.) Once I get some free time (last project 4 school is due tomorrow! Almost done!) then I'm gonna try my hand at some textures.

    I have a bunch of .tga s that I have to remake. Generally, I only make CSPs for the textures I download that don't have pre-made CSP's, so once I get around to re-making em all, I'll upload em and let you know, so if you were interested in any of those textures, you can get a CSP.

    BTW did you test it out yet?

    My answer I'm thinking right now is that, Brawl stuff excluded, I just take lots of time to look at the facts to be absolutely sure that something is right if I feel like it isn't. I think I had something else but I forgot it.

    Rankings themselves are based on skill, with activity being an influence if someone cannot attned a tournament during a ranking period.

    Panel positions follow similar criteria, but most people earn their PR spot before their panel position if they didn't start out doing amazingly well. Consistency is important.

    I'm showing you the counterargument. Whether I agree with it or not right now isn't important.

    The rankings themselves are made by skill, but those who can't make it to tournaments do get punished for it. I don't see how someone really good but inactive could be compared to players that would be improving anyway.

    Again, this discussion is only for the panel position.

    This is all true. However, skill is one thing, and activity is another. He appears to be placing more emphasis on tournament attendance because that would be the best way to see how people are playing. This allows for more expertise in fine line decisions in PRs.
