  • Also, playing Monster Hunter, I've seen odds a whole lot worse than 5% still happen, lol.

Samus can space a heck of a lot better than Ganondorf, staying out of grab range. Samus' don't normally do much CQC anyways unless they absolutely have to get their opponent out of their face.

DKs use a lot of Bairs and Uairs and such. I think his aerial game is about equal with Dedede's. He has two spikes (3 technically) which can be harsh on a recovering Dedede. DKs also have the ability to "scoop" up enemies into the air, keeping De from grabbing. DK also has huge range in his Dtilt, so I'm not sure if spaced well De can shield grab that....

    I haven't got a clue about Mario.

Ganon doesn't really have any disjointed hitboxes like Marth's sword, or any outstanding range like DK, or projectiles to help him keep from getting grabbed one way or the other.

This is just how I see it. And unless I'm mistaken, Dedede's infinite is banned in a number of tournaments. Or atleast it's been discussed a good bit.
Yoshi can chaingrab Ganondorf for as long as he wants with little effort. Once Ganon is offstage, free Fair spike for Yoshi by running off the ledge. The window is incredibly small for Ganondorf to escape. And with Ganon's landing lag (not from attacks, just normal landing), I wouldn't imagine it would be too difficult for a Yoshi to grab Ganon.

Grab Release chaingrab. I personally wouldn't dare use Ganon against Yoshi unless it was for kicks 'n giggles.
Looks about right to me, except for the Sheik you mentioned. I would swap Sheik's score with Yoshi.
    Sheik: 15
    Yoshi: 5
Dude thats awesome! Im glad to hear things are going so well! thats amazing about the colleges, sounds like you can have your pick! As far as smash goes for me im pretty much about the same i think lol. I still dont have a wii so that makes it hard to get better, but i try to visit my friends house and play some :p Hey are you going to be at H.E.R.B. ? cuz im with duo and mitsu now and we are going!
Yeah, like that match L8er was Olimar. I got stuck fighting him a lot, lol. I was thinking "CMON LEMME TAKE SNAKE I CAN'T HANDLE OLIMAR." rofl But I think if worst comes to worse then it's every man for themselves, given we aren't able to stick to our original plan.

EDIT: And sorry if I seem to be planning too much... Samus mainer. =P I'm used to overthinking things.
Yeah, a lot of times it was a little chaotic, but I think it was the first time I chose Samus that we did the technique. We should give it a name for short...
Plan Factr? (Short for Factory, so we can use these names in our Brawl Tags in ------ matches.)
Dude... I love the technique where I rack up the damage on the newly-spawned guy, while you take over the one I was working on. It worked like a stinking charm, specifically while I was Samus. I stinking loved it.

    Good games.
OK, getting online now and hosting. Solid's still having trouble with his Wii, so I'm not sure how long it's going to take him to meet up with us.

    Team Green: Pro & Gigas
    Team Red: L8er & Solid

Uh... whatever characters you feel do best in teams. lol I can't remember it all... and I gotta get online.
    lol @ Olimar.

OK, phew. I think I've had enough Smash for one night. It always seem to lag most when I'm Samus. 0_o I bet Nintendo programmed it to do that. COME FACE ME, NINTENDO! *Puts on war paint*
Yeah, it was against L8er and Solid, but it's way too late for me to call them.

Alright, I'll get online. I just played a... Wolf though, so my patience is a bit thin, hahah.
No, it really was a good game, lol. I don't let fanboyism effect my grades. =P Oh, and I forgot about RD too. Ouch.

But for example, Secret of Mana. 10/10. Best game I ever played. Next in the series was Sword of Mana. Eh... it was playable. Not nearly as good as I hoped though. Then next was Children of Mana... horrible game.

    Or Mega Man X:
    MMX: Epic
    MMX2: Epic
    MMX3: Epic
    MMX4: Really Good
    MMX5: Pretty Good
    MMX6: Eh....
    MMX7: Fail
    MMX8: Really Good
    MMXCM: Really Good

    No bias. =D
Yeah, I'm starting to feel like companies don't know how to make good videogames anymore.... Offhand, I can't think of a single game for the Wii / 360 / PS3 I would give a 9/10 for even so much as a first impression. [/thinking aloud]

But the main reasons I don't like the game are:

-Save points are usually 3 hours, 30 minutes apart. Playing the game for so long makes me lose interest... and I could ultimately care less if I die.

-Battle system sucks. 360degree movement, yet you can only attack to your left & right.

-Main character is stereotypical, and so annoying I actually enjoy it seeing my character die in battle.

-Did I mention save points are 3 hours, 30 minutes apart? WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DOES THAT?! IT'S NOT CHALLENGING, IT'S STUPID.

-For every 35 minutes your characters spend talking, there's 5 minutes of fighting (at most). You're pretty much reading a book... a really slow one.

Don't buy it. lol I liked the first one in the series... but this obviously isn't the same.
Me: "Hm.... I wonder if Pro's online yet.... Tiki? Who the crap is that? *Skims more* Well I don't see Pro... where is he? There's Tiki again. Hm... you know, that almost sounds like Pro's FE character too. A pink sword? I haven't got a clue who would--WAIT A MINUTE! THAT IS PRO!"

    *Hosts*

^ And so my adventure for the day.
Oh, I thought you meant if we're both offstage. Like JOBOT using G&W's Uair, lol. Works wonders, btw.
Then I'd lay low on the missiles then. What if you knock the foe high? Are you likely to jump up there, or would that be clear for me to try to snipe them?

Also, talking with yourself is always a good stress-reliever.
Marth--I just slash away with him hoping I hit. XD

Fear my walls of text. I have you surrounded. Surrender.
As for my Snake, he can definitely handle himself, and possibly KO. But the problem is, I'm used to using Samus, who doesn't KO. So you'll see that effect my playstyle.

I can set C4 traps, and occasionally Mines. But if you'd rather not me place Mines then I can do that.

If there's only one opponent left, we can easily camp no matter who you are. Just stand behind me while I barrage them with Grenades / Nikitas. If they get close then either you or I will massacre them. One trick I told JOBOT, is when I start crawling around, I'm ready to do a Dtilt, so be ready to intercept the foe in midair.
Since you don't mind being the KO machine, I'll go into a little more detail about my Samus. The reason I'm kinda picky is because of the fact she's "Trash-Tier" on WiFi (--Online Tier List rough draft). So... she's difficult enough to use in 1v1s, lol. But here's what I've found:

My Samus is pretty much the support. So imagine Ike using Ragnell and Alondite. She can not KO hardly at all, which is why she needs to be paired with someone that has good KO. Like you see me when we do 1v1s, I usually can't KO untill around 150+%. That's even worse in (WiFi) Teams. Usually I keep one player occupied, racking up damage while you deal serious damage to the other, attempting to KO them in some way. Then once you've done that, you take over the guy I've been working on and hopefully it'll be an easier KO for you. In the meantime, I'll be working on the one that just spawned. So you definitely have to be playing good, since you're the main guy.

As for stages, I really prefer something with platforms like Battlefield when using Samus. That way I can abuse the platforms for my defense and tank stock while at the same time racking up the opponent's damage. Stages like Smashville in 4-player lag, defense is reduced to zero, which is deadly on my Samus, especially if I'm supposed to be the stock tank.

As for projectiles, I will use my Charge Beam and Super Missiles. I try not to use Homings, but on WiFi it's not always 100% accurate. What I do is Short Hop and fire Super Missiles above your head, so it keeps whomever you're fighting planted on the ground to give you some advantage. You can also knock them up into my missiles too. If I see someone come up from behind you, I'll try to shoot them with a Super Missile, but sometimes they dodge it and it ends up hitting my teammate. =/ I try to be carefull though.

I can try to spike opponents, but online that's like trying to sweetspot Luigi's Dair spike.

The nice thing about my Samus is that I don't need the ledge to recover. If we're both offstage, it's all yours.

    EDIT: MOAR COMING UP!
Our names WUT?! and WTH?!. XD

From what I teamed with JOBOT, my Marth & Snake did excellent in teams. Of course I can also use MK. If I'm Snake, I can definitely handle the saps onstage. Marth is more of a distraction / slight damage builder.

My Samus is either great or failure depending on the stage and teammate. It would have to be a stage with platforms, and you would have to be the KO machine. It's a little too specific, so I'd rather not bother with her.
If you'd rather stay away from the teams, I don't mind. Doing good at your next tournament is >>>>> an online tournament. We can procrastinate on the teams. There's 365 days in a year.

As for tonight... Im going to be busy. D= Sorry. LEGEND OF THE SEEKER!
Woah, a ladder-like thing was made for online tournaments. I'm ranked 21 of 98, which cracks me up since 21 is my "lucky" number. USING "TRASH-TIER" CHARACTER.
I used to use him. AND WHILE I DO, I SHALL SIT IN MY CHAIR PETTING MY KITTY AND LAUGHING MY EVIL LAUGH.

And my kitty shall meow it's evil meow. It's as follows: "Mreow."
