Depends on if the character in question is floaty/heavy/etc. For instance, on spacies/Falcon, you can usually do aerials after the initial jump+cargo uthrow, or for characters like Samus or Mother characters, you'll probably have to use your second jump. I usually do either Uair/Bair/Nair after...
