Very informative-is there a similar thread for Melee?

I am not an expert on ssb64, but I think there was too much hitstun in it. Melee has a near perfect hitstun system, but it's just not balanced enough. Still amazing how quickly the game was rushed, though.

Blaziken would fit well into ssb4, as would dark samus. Also, a pianta from mario sunshine would be awesome. Epic powerful throwing game.

I have everything except maybe one or two trophies. I think nintendo took out the use of c-stick as a move in order to make 1-p mode more difficult.

Sad topic...I've never been able to go to tournies and such, I play with my noob friends and even they have lost interest. If they do play occasionally, they are not a challenge. It would just be nice to go to a ssbm meet some day and meet others before I really put down the controller. After...

IMO, not really. It's range is just terrible, and it has poor knockback.

I can't really break down the "styles" of these players, I would appreciate if someone else could-I've watched all their videos, but I haven't noticed any distinct play style differences. Although I'm newb, I do know that I am very campy, and I like to nair and tilt out of shl to "approach"...

People should try coin mode for fun, it's not that bad. Might add some new strategies, in case people are getting bored of melee and leaving
