The only way to make this possible is to include secret characters on the disc that can be UNLOCKED by downloading certain information. The wii does not allow for enough information to be transferred to add any new characters, but if he had set of a secret section of the disc they could unlock...

you're looking too far into it. some levels have water to swim on, and the game keeps track of how far you walk, jump, swim, whatever, so that's probably all it is.

The game is "Smash Brothers X" in japan, so if this did happen to be legit, I believe that's what the X would represent.

In SMG you can select a mii to be the avatar for your save game file. That doesn't mean you can actually PLAY with it.

this is the best update by far!! after i've been brawling for a few hours, whether it be with my friends or online, I'll get tired. Stop playing brawl? I don't think so.. I'll go to the stage creator and make a stage! Then you know what? I'll go back to playing my friends on it! Seriously...

You could make it so that instead of the actual terrain shrinking, the camera just zooms in and out. When it's zoomed all the way out, there's alot of edge space, but it could zoom in so close that it would be possible to get running KOs.

I even like the size of it. Heck, I like everyrthing about it except for the fact that it lags with 4 people. Especially if there are sword fighters. Bring dat joint back!

But significantly easier to manufacture.
