No, it's not Bunnie Rabbot, it's Conquering Storm. She appears in issue #200 of the Sonic archie comics. And yeah, Bunnie ties the knot with Antoine sometime into the continuity. Kinda a shame, imo, I was always a fan of RotorXBunnie.

Yes, I'm certain that you can re-ev level 100 Pokemon. There are these "Feather" items that grant you 1 EV point, like the vitamins, but keep on working all the qay up to 255 EVs. These are not buyable, and you have to search around on spots on bridges to find them. Doing things this way would take several months.
I've also heard rumors of the old box glitch working in B/W again. Not sure on that, though.

I'm playing Wind Waker at the moment, and I have to say, I think it's the best Zelda game. Don't you agree?

idk about Juri and Bison, but nobody wanted Akuma in there. There were like 12 shotos in MvC2 and Cyclops and Cable were the only ones who got used. Nobody wants a repeat of that. Juri probably wasn't put in because her moveset for SSFIV wasn't finalized yet at the time MvC3 was beginning development.
