    Do Air Dodge Cancels with Ness's Dair

    Haven't played much in a few weeks, so I forget if it was so before (guessing not since it had to be cancelled with an aerial), but in 1.0.4 Ness can finish a SH air dodge and does not get the landing lag.

    Unless it was some new discovery, Ness can PKT2 only once after hitting a wall.

    Just a windbox that's been in since Brawl. The fact that the game considers windboxes as hits too may or may not be new info, but, like you said, probably won't affect anything. Unless that also means windboxes activate counters, which seems unlikely.

    The only moves of Mega Man that aren't projectiles are up and down tilts, forward and back aerials, up special, and grab. I assume leaf shield also works as a projectile once thrown. I'd say that counts as "basically everything".

    After trying a little, all it seems like to me is that dair cancels fast fall, and you just have to input it again after starting the move, if you want to FF-dair. I don't know where you got down b from. Other than forgetting you customised controls maybe.

    I bought the VC version when it came out, with the intention of replaying it. Never made it out of Onett, much like the first time I tried playing it after Melee came out. I'm not good with slow starting RPGs.

    Once it's chopped and falling down, yes, it's a projectile like any other.

    Does reflecting projectiles with the bat affect damage/knockback, like other reflectors do?

    The hitboxes before the final one simply knock the enemy in whatever direction Ness is currently moving in, in this case down.

    http://a.pomf.se/bxmdzx.webm Regular PK Fire is just fast enough that during a full jump you can auto-cancel an aerial or double jump after it. Neither of the custom ones can do this. For both of those you're forced in the full landing lag.
