    Wait, you're making this single-elimination? Most tournaments use double-elim since it's more fair and less prone to flukes.

    Not sure if the title is necessary atm, but don't worry, nothing else has changed about the D.Leader program.

    Oh, one small piece of advice before I take off for awhile. This will probably seem obvious, but I should stress one VERY important thing about hosting tournaments (especially online, but in general, too): be very firm on deadlines. There can be a tiny bit of wiggle room for emergencies, but too many tournaments fall apart because of three or four people holding things up by not posting regularly and doing their matches. If someone's not being active, give them an elimination (putting them in the losers' bracket if they haven't been previously eliminated), and do NOT go back on it. Just make sure they're given a warning via PM beforehand. If the don't answer or post to say what they're planning to do, it's on them.

    The worst thing a tournament host can do is allow their tournament to go into limbo.

    There should be unlimited subs for the tourney, not just 8.

    The starter stage should e whoevers gets picked in the WiFi stage system then looser gets to pick.
    The switching chars should be not a rule.
    You need a Xat, I would lend you mine but I've got a tourney at the weekends so soz.

    Ever since the whole Ne Derceh thing happened, he has gotten a bit more bitter. Then when Ne Derceh returned, he got even more bitter. Now that the whole boards are against him, it pushed him over the top.

    I actually think that this is the fault of a lot of people.

    hmm so those pac files are only for the original color for each char? so basically i can only use those pac files once for the characters that need them and then I need those special ones from you?

    I'd care, I just don't think I'd be able to do anything about it. I mean, I could certainly take a look and give you my opinions, but they're sort of a moot point by now.

    I definitely appreciate the offer for help with texture hacks. The main thing I was worried about was if they desynced online play. Actually applying them isn't too hard. I'll eventually have to sit down and learn to make them, though, which will be much harder.

    I'll mention you adding him to the tournament roster. He should still see your posts/VMs in spite of ignoring them, so if he's curious, he'll check it out. I'll let him know, though.

    Its hard to remember that he was actually the nicest individual on the board at one point.

    Fair enough. I can't really make the call on who said what since I wasn't there, but if you'd like, I could talk to Crewster and ask him to relax and let bygones be bygones. No sense in a full-scale flame war breaking out over this.
