Nah, you can make em whenever you want. At least, every fifteen minutes (they have scheduled intervals, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45 etc...) Honestly, AiB is soooo much better than gamebattles. I just like getting higher ranked on GB cuz it looks all professional and I feel all fuzzy inside.
