Has anyone read marvel's second civil war? I've only seen a plot synopsis which made it some kinda bad. so i wondered if that was the case or just cause it was a synopsis

To be fellows who art as a hobby, do you ever make something and you're just so confused by it?
The Mario movie has been out for about a year more or less and yet no one seems to have pointed out that the blue shell reference uses the wrong kind of koopa.

An interesting topic is that of longer story equals better character development. And there is some truth in that but I'd say longer story means more chances for character development. It'll still come down to the writers' own skills. You can give one or two characters some solid character archs in a short amount of time but that means only a handful of characters will get any. A longer story is better suited for something with loads of characters. Of course there is a point when a story can become too long but again that's down to the writers.
I love that lorcana has an "Olympus would be that way" card

Back in the early 00s my brother and I subscribed to Nintendos magazine but I never read the articles and just looked at the pictures. So right up until I got the game I thought The Thousand Year Door was an action game. And I thought all the pictures of the battles were from one theatre level

Knowing that Sega has “Sonic Lore Consultants” is something I struggle to wrap my head around. Sure the job title is pretty self explanatory but their existence suggests they care about canon. Which all evidence suggests they don’t. So I wonder if the job is purely symbolic. I suppose it is possible that they’re all catastrophically bad at their jobs.

My interactions with my fellow Disney fans have been limited. But what I have had suggests that they really do love their villains while going out of their way to exclude quite a few of them
On a similar note to earlier: I always find it baffling whenever someone writes a in defence of the villain thing. You know the such and such did nothing wrong and such and such was right. They always seem to be missing a fundamental understanding of the villain in question. I’m sure some of them have good points but I’ve never come across those ones
I always find videos on "why this thing i don't like sucks" bizarre. as if there's a scientific way to prove your opinions as fact

Based on what Nintendo said there may have been at least three incarnations of Hyrule. And they all already have stages in smash. I’d call that a plus

XY came during a time where new evolutions for older Pokemon were becoming a rarity, with only eevee getting one. But that old trend is picking up again. So I can’t help but wonder if any gen 6 Pokemon will get new evolutions in Z-A
The first pokemon legends had my three favourite starters to choose from. so i used to joke with my best friend that the next one would have his favourites. if Z-A ends up with Turtwig, Tepig and Totodile i will be convinced GF is spying on me
It's good that poekmon is open to returning to old locations. that means we may one day go back to the Crown Tundra and get some very Scottish pokemon
