About this week's Lawrence smashfest... I don't think its going to happen. My apartment got robbed last night and all the gaming consoles and games and controllers are gone. So, until further notice, there will be no sunday lawrence smashfests.

Another successful Sunday smashfest. More are more people are showing up. I had a lot of fun myself and I'm happy I got my second TV to work. Same thing is happening next Sunday at 4pm for anyone who wants to come. I'm gonna try to set up a tourney if we get enough people.

Just a reminder, Lawrence smashfest tomorrow at 4pm at my apartment, 2000 Heatherwood Dr., #103. Bring Wii/TV if at all possible. I will have to end this week's smashfest at 6:30 because my roommates and I are going to a BBQ. It's still 2 and a half hours of fun!

I gave up WoW a couple years back when I realized how ridiculous it was becoming. Then I found 5 dollars.

Lawrence smash once again went well. We all had fun, it lasted about 2 hours. We only had 1 TV this week but next week we will have 2. About 4 people showed up, a little less than last week. I think it worked out better at 4pm than 6, so I'll move it back to 4 for next week.

lol... I thought vash was DYC. I have to admit, that is a pretty sweet avatar. If I were you DYC, I'd be more flattered than hostile.

That is weird.. never seen it before. The only thing I can possibly think of (and I'm probably wrong) is a footstool glitch. Every time that odd animation happened, you passed right over the footstool sweetspot of G&W's head. Perhaps since you were in the middle of a special, the game couldn't...

A combo vid is a good way to get some feedback from the general community once you post it. It also can point out any predictable tendencies you may have, and THOSE are what will make you lose against competitive players.

Thanks to everyone who came today, I had a great time, hope you all did too. Thanks for bringing the TV and Wii, we will probably need it next week as well. I would say it was a success, about 8 people showed up, we played a tourney and some team battles. Next week I think we might make it...
