0:12- should've done another uptilt before you Bair'd. Free damage on Sheik ftw.
0:13- don't Fair to follow up on any character once they land on the ground, especially vs a character like Sheik who can CC punish that nonsense. A grab or Dair would have been fine I'm sure. A laser to whatever would have also been **** if you thought Sheik would dash/roll away.
0:15- kind of obvious S you did right there. Laser in place is almost never a good idea. If you laser in place to approach then your opponent adapts to that reallly quickly. Laser into them and then follow it up because that's the best way to apply pressure.
0:17- okay idea, but if Sheik had Fair'd she would have hit you. You want to stay more grounded and laser usually unless you can bait Sheik into getting onstage with a tactic like the FH Dair.
0:18- don't punish rolls that you read with jabs. You can't get much off of them. Grabs, Fsmashes, Dsmashes, Ftilts even are better punishers than jabs are.
0:21- it was an okay Nair, but just be wary that Sheik is close enough to Ftilt/Dsmash out of being hit by lasers and turn it around on you.
0:22- no Fair. Nair/Dair shield pressure is where it's at.
0:30- that combo doesn't work on people who DI.....
0:38- lucky Sheik didn't run under those bad lasers and pin you against the edge. Shooting high lasers, on purpose or not, that don't hit a jumping opponent usually ends badly for Falco.
0:43- dunno if you did this or not, but shine out of tech in place is da best.
0:56- wtf why are you uptiliting? Approach on your own terms(usually). You usually RSHL to do this. That first uptilt is okay to do, but the second one is always bad. The more time Falco stands still and does something obvious, the more time he leaves himself very vulnerable.
0:57- Ftilt is not the right follow up. Bair is. Maybe even dashing Usmash.....
0:59- Ftilt is decent shield pressure if you space it right. Nothing wrong with grabbing here.
1:03- try to avoid double jumping by the edge. You lose your jump that can possibly save you when recovering and you have no momentum.
1:06- could've donequite a few things to follow those jabs up, but dash attack isn't one of them.
1:08- delay the Dair if you aren't technical enough to avoid getting shield grabbed anyway.
1:28- uptilt more when you get under sheik. Jabbing can get ***** by the underside of Nair and the frontside of Fair(I assume that Sheik would be facing you when this happens).
1:41- this time you just stood there and got *****. Move around the middle of the stage or at least shield when Sheik respawns.
1:46- we've been over that one.
after that: you want to DI those tilts away.
2:14- Falling upair is not a good Falco tactic usually, and NEVER good on grounded opponents. Dair ftw.
after that: wtf are you doing? FHs aren't that good really, but I guess you're just goofing off so it's whatever.
2:39- Bthrow to turnaround Bair really doesn't work. Ftilt is probably your best onstage bet.
2:49- laser to jab is not a good approach usually. Laser to shine, laser to grab, and laser to aerial are much better.
3:00- If Sheik is actually spacing a Nair, just get out of the way and Fsmash or something. It's a slow enough move.
3:05- gave up your stage control and pressure by FH'ing away. Grabbing or shield pressuring would ****.
3:08- never a good idea to dash attack under shiek usually(with Falco). If you do try it, you have to be pretty precise about it.
So, we're lookin at technical issues, giving up pressure, and matchup inexperience. Move choice and more lasers could also be worked on.
