  • If Majin Buu and Android 21 had a favorite holiday, it would be Halloween.

This be one of my favorite holidays, too. If there is anything about me I would not mind sharing is that since 1966 I have quite the sweet tooth (and yes, I take good care of my teeth...and my weight, for that matter).

Um...enjoy candy responsibly come tomorrow. :bowser:
I am going to rate Fighters Pass 2 this morning. :bowser:
:ultminmin - 8.75 outta 10. I love her character design and play-style. I am also impatient on getting her amiibo.
:ultsteve: - 7 outta 10. Fun and interesting to use but the managing of resources is not one of my stronger points. I will not main him, sorry.
:ultsephiroth: - 7.5 outta 10. Well, he has cool specials and Final Smash, as well as an awesome and unique victory screen. That is all I can say as I do not use him much.
:ultpyra: - 9.75 outta 10. I have downloaded her about a month ago, and she has officially become my new girl next to my main girl :ultpeach:.
:ultmythra: - 8.5 outta 10. She is cool but I prefer :ultpyra:. Sorry but speedsters are tricky for me to handle.
:ultkazuya: - 8.25 outta 10. I loved his reveal and Sakurai Presents demonstration the most. Not surprising, as I have been playing Tekken series for 10 years now (though my first encounter with Tekken series was in 1998 but I never owned it back then). He is going to be worth my time playing but as his particular controls take tech skill to an unprecedented level, he will not be my main. In fact, I am not able to use him that well in Tekken. I main Lili and Asuka, both of whom are far easier. You might be saying, "But you main :ultpeach:, lady. She is a technical character." Be that as it may, I do not play competitively. Moving on...
:ultsora: - 8 outta 10. Downloaded him early this morning, and he looks pretty fun to do combos with. Definitely gonna use him more in the evening.

As for the Mii Costumes...6 outta 10. I am sorry but none of them interested me...well, maybe the Shantae outfit did but I do not create that many Mii Fighters; just a few based off myself.

By the way, I did not purchase the Fighters Pass this time, but rather bought all six of them individually.
Understanding righteousness can go a long way in life. It causes you to reign in life (and yes, this includes Smash and other games you like to play), grow in maturity, and make you more conscious in righteousness.

The gift of righteousness from God is one you receive; you do not earn it, work for it, or deserve it.

I firmly believe trolls and otherwise cocky players need this message taught to them as they often operate on self-effort. :shyguy:
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. --Colossians 3:17

    Think about it. :shyguy:
Such a shame the price for premium membership has to increase. Ah, to be back in the 1970s again...still, it is understandable to me. Besides, I tend to be a cheerful giver. :shyguy:

Price of subscriptions go up. But this site is a dead shell of its former self. There is no point. Maybe 2% of the smash community still goes on this site.
Finally got around to downloading :ultpyra::ultmythra: and :ultkazuya: tonight. The girls have enlisted in the Sarah Bellum Crew, but given my 10 years of playing Tekken series :ultkazuya: will be worth my time to look into, though I will not main him. :yoshi:
One week left until the Sakurai Presents event.

The group picture I am making for the Social Thread is now underway. The first step is to gather their current pfps, but for some reason I am only going to start from page 1961 and skim through 960 pages to the current page. I wanna make sure the everybody in the Social Thread Family is here. :yoshi:
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation... --2 Corinthians 5:17-18

    Think about it. :yoshi:
I bet some of y'all on here are preparing your going-away speeches. I surely will miss a lot of y'all after this is over. :yoshi:
The first day of autumn is upon us. All my video games shall be brought out once again. Spring and summer are my off-seasons.

P.S. I cannot wait to kick Setsuka and Alpha Patroklos' asses, Clubber Lang-style. :yoshi:
So this morning, I think about some reasons people in the gaming community criticize others. As far as I am concerned, most of these reasons are also the characteristics of a troll. :bowser:

Hitotsu - They want to feel like they are in control
Futatsu - A reflection of what you do to yourself
Mittsu - They think their own way is right
Yottsu - They mainly focus on others' weakness and want to show their dominance
Itsutsu - They doubt their own value and self-worth
    Muttsu - To get attention
So****e, nanatsu - They are much too concerned about their self-image
So tonight, I think about memes. We all get a good laugh out of those, and so do I. That makes me secular in one way, and yes, I am cool with that.

Considering their often amusing nature, I can safely assume memes are a way of enjoying life. Therefore, in my opinion at least, memes are not a mistake. :bowser:
Comparing yourself to others is pretty much the death of joy. For example, it matters not if you are on here on social media, do not get envious about how many likes somebody else got for their content. You just be your unique, authentic self (and this is what I am regularly and intently working on). God has made each and everyone here in his own image. Accepting yourself for what you are is how you will have peace. :bowser:
Word on the street is the PS4's newest firmware update 9.00 appears to be bricking some consoles. So, I apply the update an hour and a half ago and guess what? Everything worked out for my good. I sympathize for the less-than-fortunate, though.

Afterwards, I even walked in on a discount for the Season Pass 4 for Tekken 7. Lucky! :bowser:
This morning, I think about godly friendships. Why do we need friends in our lives?

Hitotsu - Good friends keep you accountable for your actions.
Futatsu - Good friends speak truth to us.
Mittsu - Good friends help us through life's challenges.
Yottsu - Good friends keep us on the right path in our daily sanctification.
Itsutsu - Good friends encourage one another.
So****e, muttsu - Good friends point us to Jesus.

By the way, this applies to marriage. In fact, these are the criteria for a godly, long-lasting marriage (and godly friendships for that matter).

Some of you, even myself included, may think you can get by in the world without friends but it is actually impossible as the world is built around relationships.

    Think about it. :bowser:

Hm. While at the sametime, we're at odds. Eventually, my bestie that's Christian, will do her thing with her fiancée, and it's up to me to be strong for myself for the first time in my life. Religion has caused me a severe amount of pain, so I never could connect. Almost enduring physical abuse by my grandfather, because I was on the fence about joining a church as a minor. So, he figured that he can make an example out of me, by trying to force my hand in the hot skillet, because he wanted to get me to understand a fraction on earth of the hurt and misery I'll face further in a negative afterlife. Overall, I've never turned out fine growing up, by really not knowing the philosophical concept of happiness nor have I felt it. My bestie does calm me, though, as always. Unfortunately, most people don't really care about each other, and that will continue to uphold when they expire. Due to my own hardships and the way humans will always be, that converted me more to a nihilist and apathiest.

Blackhearts Blackhearts I think because people are largely terrible is why having those kind of friendships are important. It is easy to fall into nihilism because of it, but that's merely just one way of looking at things. You can also look at it as an opportunity in that if most relationships and people don't matter, then you are free to go your own way and not be dictated or ruled by the whims of others. You are free to choose who your friends are and aren't obligated to bow to social pressures that may steer you down the path of misery.

I only have one person I can consider a true friend, whereas I believe most never will, and I can say that even though our busy lives means we don't see each other for days and even weeks at a time, it is comforting to know that there is another sane person in an insane world. Everyone else drifted apart with the chaos of life, but I don't really miss them because they were never true friends, but more fake relationships of convenience and temporary fun. Once you do find a true friend, you start realizing how fake most relationships are and how ephemeral socializing really is.

And when you realize that, it opens up an opportunity to cast aside all of the things you let weigh you down in regards to other people and you can start feeling more comfortable about your place in the world. Give love and aid to those who deserve it, don't concern yourself with those that don't. Worry about things truly important to you, give no weight to things that aren't.

I don't know if I would call that happiness in the philosophical sense, but it does bring about inner peace. Finding a sense of purpose you are comfortable with and maintaining an inner equilibrium makes dealing with the hardships of life easier. Having a true friend is then like a passive buff that automatically makes everything you do more fun and helps you find peace and stability when times are tough. It is far less difficult to maintain a true friendship than it is to juggle fake ones.

My question is…why did you use Japanese? I mean, was there a point to it? Just curious.
So today, I think about cartoons.

As a female growing up throughout the 1960s, I was quite into them. Tom & Jerry and the Looney Tunes I enjoyed but those Hanna-Barbera cartoons from the 60s and 70s were my absolute favorites. I especially loved the Jetsons, Wacky Races, and the Perils of Penelope Pitstop, Scooby-Doo, and Hong Kong Phooey to name a few.

The cartoons of the 80s? Not much appealed to me.

The cartoons of the 90s? I think this decade had the best ones--2 Stupid Dogs, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls (my #1 favorite), Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, etc. I loved them all! And no, I did not forget SpongeBob. He is cool, too.

The cartoons of 2000s-present? Only Teen Titans, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, and Camp Lazlo were my favorites. From then on, nothing else was worth watching. In fact, for several years now, I hardly watch TV outside of TBN.
