We'd fix Ness/Lucas grab breaks. They shouldn't have the extra 10 frames of lag.

Also how do you feel about Jigglypuffs/Yoshi's shields? (Jigglypuff ends in death, Yoshi can't shield drop at the rate others can. Not even on a powershield. He also can't jump OoS)

That film, Science of Sleep, I did find it sad, but I never saw what you did, except the fact that he was mentally handicapped. I never saw the workers as that; I saw them as what they acted like, an eccentric sort-of way.
I tend to enjoy the Science fiction and Anime films.

It really comes down to simply how a person can interpret a film or it's aspects. How people can end up thinking the film represents x or y aspect, sometimes based off of an experience they had.

I would assume more like 4-5 frames. It would need testing, but you remember. We are removing his CG. :s So I don't think that is an issue.

Like I said. I want a game, that you literally don't have to relearn the game all that much. Certain hitboxes that were stupidly disjointed before, now aren't. And you can't rely on "stupidly easy" tactics to win you a match. (DK vs DDD, DDD's chaingrab) (Many chars vs Snake, Snake's utilt)

I think just the incentive that "omfg, the game got balanced without being balanced?" would be good.

Also I hear Ganon's fair was supposed to AC, but there was a coding error. Maybe we should fix that? XD

You CAN remove chaingrabs. At least Pikachu's/Falco's/D3's (the only ones I deem important to remove. I don't care about Zamus's buffered fthrow on fatties and such)

Pikachu: Add a small growth to dthrow if possible, or give it a slightly higher base.
Falco: There may be a way to do it, or at least limit it.
D3: IIRC just up the knockback a bit, it doesn't really change anything and turns it into a tech chase vs the entire cast.

Transcendant priority is something I don't want to touch. If we do, I want to make it uniform. Either make all swords transcendant, or simply remove transcendant priority from the game.

I say FIX the disjoints. Ftilt2 (Snake), Utilt, Wolf's Bair, things that are visibally stupid and disjointed. aka "wtf hax" (there aren't even many of these moves)

If in the course, of trying to make the game less-gay, we end up making a character who is more broken then MK.. then we'll think about a minor balancing.
