yes and no. It's an understood statement that SC4 (not sf4
) is fairly balanced, to the point of where pretty much everybody cept yoda is playable. Infact, I think i'll go as far as to say the generally accepted "playable list" actually STOPS on tira.
I don't really know jack about sc4 tira. Only things I know are
1) You ALWAYS, ALWAYS want to be in gloomy. I think her counter is the best way to get there iirc, or maybe try to get the headslam move thingy. Worse comes to worse, you look for a KD and taunt (i want to say there's actually some wack move you can land that'll give you enough time to taunt)
2) 66666K (whatever that JF command is) is good. She has like, good just frames actually, but they're just frames.
Other than that, i know jack **** 'bout tira. lololol sry. :/
