Ok, well first of all, you actually did pretty good. Ok, you need to learn when not to use the chef, it leaves you open. Also try to control your spacing. You pretty much spammed smash attacks and you were using turtle too much but you did very good in grabs and I suggest you learn other grabs and Dgrab plus Dsmash, try Dgrab plus ftilt.

I have an idea on how you can improve.
First. never approach. NEVER. then while doing that analyze your opponent carefully. every reaction. if you see a pattern, target it. if you see a mistake, punish it. This is only doable with a few chars, Oli, Snake[except against Oli], MK, and Falco. Do that for every match from now on.
Next. work on your recovery. Gimping Oli is both easy and hard. If you f*** up, then it's easy, if not, then it's extremely hard. A few things to know.
*Only whistle if you see the opponent chasing you, if not, just go toward the stage.
*if someone is hanging on the ledge, just fair them. if purple pikmin is first, then forward B.
*Try to land on stage, not on the edge.
Keep these things in mind when recovering.
