Room temperature seems to be the point for dielectric breakdown for Zinc Oxide
basically saying, Zinc Oxide is forced to be a conductor at that point.

only changes with bowser are non *gaurenteed* grab releases, and the fact that all hios moves kill earlier and rack more damage
there really isnt a difference unless you play Ganon (or possibly Ike and Falcon)
