Rob can't really spam his projectiles. I mean, his laser needs charging, and so do his gyros. TECHNICALLY, Ivysaur has projectiles (since bullet seed also counts as one, along with razor leaf, right?), Charizard has priority, and Squirtle is quick. PT is even a newcomer. However, I'm not sure...

i really hate that his b-side doesnt help with recovery anymore. but it happens a lot faster. i was playing melee over the weekend and his side b seemed a lot slower. or is that just me?
